Helped me with my purchase and tried to find something for my interview. Now onto the one star. I bought a shirt from Ricardo and asked about the return policy if my wife didn't like it. He said bring the receipt and the original payment and it will all be taken care of. So the next day I went to the store to return the shirt. I was told by said sales girl that I had to join their rewards program to be able to return the shirt. I asked why do I have to join just to return a shirt, and also why wasn't I asked at the beginning of the transaction about this program? She said that they only way it can be returned. So I unhappily agreed with my info. Then I got my return back paperwork back and then was thinking about it. Something wasn't right. So I began to dig into their return policy on the website. Nothing about me joining their rewards program for a returned item. I proceeded to call customer care. Explained how disgusted I was with the unethical service I got. If she has done this to me how many others has she done this to? I asked the customer service agent to have their district manager call me is now been four days and I have not received a phone call yet. Is this how you take care of your customers Or potential customers in the future. I was told that someone would reach out to me and I haven't had a call. I didn't want an email. I've always had a good customer service at this location. It's been my favorite place to go when i want quality gear from my favorite brands. Depending on the season the second hand section which is one of the reasons i got my membwrship in 2022. I've found such well prices discounted gear that is now a staple for recreating. Even when I've had very few hiccups which was from one online order i made. They were able to fix it. I can't recommend this place enough! It maybe pricer depending on your budget.
