I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.

There seems to constantly be one sale or another. There is always a clearance section. Sign up for their rewards program to earn money back, and additional discounts. DSW does send out daily, if not multiple a day emails. Sending out so many emails is corporate, not store specific. Other than when checking out, I haven't interacted much with the employees here. Checkout is quick and easy. DSW has done away with disposable bags. Shoppers are welcome to bring their own. Once, I asked if they had a shoe in a different size. The person told me that they don't have a back, and everything they have is out.
