We contacted Cliff at American Business Telephone, who came to Trumbull with Howard to educate us and show us equipment. We have been computerized since 1982, but were not up to speed with VOP. They explained everything we needed to know in an easy to understand way. We hired American Business Telephone to rewire our shop for both our computer and telephone networks as well as purchase/install our new telephone system. We could not have been happier and would HIGHLY Recommend them for all your communication and network needs. Cliff is especially readily available after hours to solve any problems or answer any questions. We had an outage with had nothing to do with our inside phone systems, but rather a problem with our T1 line outside the building. Cliff spent hours trying to find a solution and placed many calls to our T1 provider who Cliff had no association with. What other company would do that? I mentioned to Cliff our children were going to be in Europe for the Summer at school and Cliff told me that their smart phone can connect via the internet into our VOP over with the IPitomy telephone system to save on calls in the USA. Cliff spent the time to set up the IPitomy as well advising how to configure the smart phones to do this. All at no extra cost to us! The service this company gives is outstanding! I've used Ed since an ice storm in 1996 knocked out the phones in my telemarketing center. Ed set…read moreup new lines for us so we were the only ones in our building with service. Another time he ran data lines through abandon pipes under our warehouse so we could connect the buildings without having to add more wires. Ultimately, using the deserted pipes underground, Ed replaced all of our lines with high speed data lines so we ran at over 200 mbps which was unheard of 10 years ago. As the wireless world has evolved, so has Ed's company. We are very data driven and Ed has always stayed ahead of the technology and upgraded us to new software and systems through the years. We were one of the first companies to go totally wireless and this ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money on monthly bills. Ed has done work for us for over 20 years and they always answer the phone, they always send someone right out and they always let us know what our costs will be. They are as fine a vendor as we deal with and I have to add that Ed does a significant amount of work, pro bono, for Hartford homeless shelters and soup kitchens. He has never mentioned that part of his business to us (I'll bet to anyone). He is that kind of man.

The first time I went to that store was late afternoon where I attempted to transfer from boost…read moremobile with my iphone 7plus to metro for the 25 dollar a month promotion they told me it was not possible to transfer with my iPhone 7plus ,and that I would have to buy a new phone ,what they didn't realize was that my brother had completed the transfer with his iPhone 7 at another store after they spoke to him on the phone they reversed it by saying they had made a mistake I let that one go giving them the benefit of the doubt ,3 days ago I go there to inquire about a phone upgrade I showed them my iPhone 7 Plus telling them I wanted a iPhone 11 with a 6.5 inch screen at which time I was told iPhone no longer made 6.5 inch screens ,and that is the reason they only carried iPhones with 6.1 inches ,and if I wanted that upgrade, I declined ,and thru research online saw that also was a lie since iPhone 11 Pro Max does come in a 6.5 inch screen .It seems clear to me that this authorized dealer deals in false information to deceive you into buying what you don't want ,but rather what they have in stock strictly to boost commission I will not go to this dealer again I can only hope that Metro will speak to them,and properly correct their behavior.

I also signed up to have our two phones back with T-Mobile and wasn't told about certain charges that you incur from switching. I have returned and talked a two managers and was told I would have an answer in the next few days. So far 5 days and no call. Will return Tuesday and maybe get some answers. It's not right that you're not told the whole story about different fees and charges when you sign up. I am really disappointed after receiving a bill for over $250.00.
