I worked with Rachael E about 3 months ago at T-Mobile. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am still impressed, and it's 3 months later! We switched from Verizon and couldn't be happier. Our service has improved, we are able to make and receive calls from home, and our bill has gone down. We are also saving money with our Netflix subscription, and paid off our old phones. After having a bad experience with the main st T-Mobile, i visited this store and the help was helpful in getting my home internet back up and running. I also signed up to have our two phones back with T-Mobile and wasn't told about certain charges that you incur from switching. I have returned and talked a two managers and was told I would have an answer in the next few days. So far 5 days and no call. Will return Tuesday and maybe get some answers. It's not right that you're not told the whole story about different fees and charges when you sign up. I am really disappointed after receiving a bill for over $250.00. read more

I was shopping around for another cell phone carrier from my current Verizon Plan. I was greatly assisted by Kevin Graham at the Deming street store. He was superb, and very patient. We ran into all types of snags before finally transferring my service provider from Verizon to T -Mobile, and not once did he display any annoyance or impatience with the very long process. They're just incredibly slow, as to the point you question their competence.. and give zero f___s that you've watched them try to do a new line of service for over an hour. And fail. Not even kidding folks, this T-Mobile has five star service indeed. I went in to T-Mobile on a kind of cranky day, to dutifully switch over my service from Verizon on the last day before pricing and plans were to change at T-Mobile. I did not want to be there. However, I walked in and was immediately greeted sweetly, and helped right away with only one other customer in the store. My T-Mobile specialist, Ny, not only helped seamlessly facilitate my carrier switch, but she also helped me take advantage of the amazing benefits of their small business phone plan, which I would have never known or inquired about on my own. She was kind, patient, and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. It was hands down the most pleasant and efficient experience I have ever had in the fourteen years I've been dealing with cellular coverage companies. I was also highly impressed with how attentive the T-Mobile employees were to everyone who came in, and how each customer received the same awesome standard of care. I have been a Tmobile customer for a while now and have been trying to cancel a line for over a year now. Every time I tried, I was told that I couldn't cancel the line. I've been being charged for ONE plus on a line that hasnt been used in a year, insurance on a phone that doesn't exist on my plan, and charge for an extra line I didn't need. I even tried converting the line multiple times, and was even told I couldnt do that. Yesterday I was finally able to cancel the line and now I am only being credited $100 for almost $800 in extra charges. After this experience, I would never recommend to Tmobile to anyone. I will be paying off my devices and switching to a company that actually respects their customers. read more

Excellent store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very patient with me while I decided what phone I wanted to purchase. They took great care in asking all of the proper questions in qualifying someone for cellular service and you could tell that they genuinely cared about the customer. Highly recommended. read more
