I scheduled my entire week around this appointment that I booked weeks ago all for nothing!!!! Those of us with jobs who can't make 10 AM appts or accept calls while at work need to look elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke and complete waste of time and they give zero fks about you, your time, and your injuries. I've had to do several rounds of physical therapy and never was it so incredibly difficult to get scheduled. I moved out here a few years ago and have a work-related injury and the doctor found this place as it was close to my home. I always went to Vibrant Care before and had great providers with flexible scheduling and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. At this place you are just a number and oh well if you don't know all their secret internal policies that make you confirm the appointment you already confirmed LOL!!!! Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My 9 year old was escorted to each station and then after she was told what to do the therapist walked away. She never had anyone correct her or encourage her that she was doing it right. I actually had to step in with my limited PT knowledge to coach her through the motions. Then when I tried to book her future appointments the availability was non existent. She was only able to get one appointment every two weeks. With physical therapy constancy is key and we weren't getting that. We are back today and I am pleasantly surprised at the experience. Bre seems to genuinely care about the progress and has stayed with my 9 year old correcting and encouraging the whole time. I hope future appointments are more like this.

The referral process took so long that, by the time I followed up, I called the office they referred me to and found out they had no idea who the doctor on my referral was. Nobody there recognized the name, so I was left trying to figure everything out on my own and had to schedule my own appointment. I then established care with a new primary care provider elsewhere, and they referred me to the correct GI department the very same day. Meanwhile, HealthyU still hasn't updated my referral, and I'm the one making calls and coordinating my own care. I need an infusion by August 4, yet there has been no sense of urgency or communication. Patients shouldn't have to do the office's job just to receive the care they need. On top of that, we had a scheduled appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, and still waited over an hour to be seen. The phone line takes an extremely long time to get through, making it difficult to get updates or speak with someone. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.
