Marquis always does an excellent job with my cleanings. He's very gentle and asks me if I'm doing ok through the whole process. I appreciate that very much because of how nervous I get for the dentist sometimes. But I highly recommend requesting him for your next visit!

What was most disappointing wasn't just the lack of availability; but the complete absence of any solution. No referral, no guidance, no contingency plan for an established (waitlist for cancelation), loyal patient in need. To be clear, the hygienists and even back office payment staff here are wonderful, and I will genuinely miss those interactions. However, the doctors personal phone staff and overall customer service fell far short. Basic patient support (especially during an emergency) should be a standard, not an exception. It was like common sense and compassion was missing from this Doctors personal team, just beyond disappointing. For a well-established practice, not having any after-hours options, emergency protocols, or even the ability to point patients in the right direction to a referral/partner office shows a concerning lack of care and consideration for loyal clientele and honestly borderline negligence to their patience overall dental needs. New Flash: Life actually continues after 5pm. Because I was left without help/guidance, I had to search elsewhere on my own. Thankfully, I found another dental office that treated me quickly, compassionately, and efficiently. That experience made the contrast very clear. As a result, this office has lost not only me as a long time client but my entire family; and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this dental practice to others as I have in the past. Customer service matters. Even when you can't solve the problem directly, showing effort, compassion, and a willingness to help goes a long way. That was missing here, perhaps this review will inspire them to make the needed changes so another client does not have this experience.

He took an unpaid day from work off, he was expecting 4 of 8 teeth to be pulled that day and they sent him away bc he didn't have the $400 they claim we were advised to pay (we were not) and they were going to pull ALL 8 teeth the same day when we were told 4 each visit ! We come from humble beginnings, I am appalled with this treatment, my husband might look intimidating however is the sweetest non-confrontational person (I handle that) so I know he wasn't rude to them, he was simply confused & they turned him away. They sent us both letters to confirm they can no longer offer us services ! We are new to the area, what a poor experience!

I had a dental emergency (a crown that fell off after only 4.5 years) and my regular dentist of the past five years couldn't fit me in or even help find an appointment within a week. To say I was in pain and losing hope would be an understatement. After my seventh call searching for an emergency dentist, I reached Oreana at Radiant, and everything changed. She was incredibly kind and got me in within an hour. When I arrived, the front office staff, Faith and Abby, were so welcoming and had me registered quickly. I was brought back almost immediately by my hygienist, Natalie, who was beyond compassionate and attentive to my pain and sensitivity. Then Dr. Williams stepped in and truly restored my faith; not just fixing my crown, but showing what exceptional care and service should look like. Within an hour, I was examined and my crown was repaired. Absolutely amazing. The moral of this experience: when one office falls short, don't lose hope. By law a vendor can charge up to 4%, but they are supposed to tell you up front and they never did. I found out after I paid it. 2) They also sell clear aligners, which should be an orthodontic procedure for many reasons. I eventually switched to braces with a nearby orthodontist. 3) They also charge $50 per hour cancellation fee. So if they think your procedure would have taken 2 hours, that would be a $200 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.

In the past, the doctor really seemed to care if you were in pain or not. A year ago, I returned to…read morethis doctor regarding an implant he had previously done years before. The implant began to bleed upon cleaning, so the doctor related that he needed to lay the gum back so it could be cleaned. After the healing process was completed with the cleaning; a lot of the gum was missing from the implant and the metal could be seen from the implant. The tooth with a crown in front of the implant was also missing gum as well. When pointing this out to the doctor several times, he did send me to a gum specialist to have a gum tissue graft on the tooth with the crown in front of the implant. The specialist did not want to do anything to the gum around the implant. However, the implant was still without gum and metal was still showing. The gum stayed sore so he sent me back to the gum specialist who I went to before and he dismissed me and said no one could see it because the tooth was in the back. Because this would be a favor to the doctor, I do not think the specialist wanted to deal with it. To this day, the gum remains sore and I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. What once used to be a comfortable tooth to chew with and a nice appearing gum line is now gone and there is ugly metal showing and to fix it has been estimated at thousands of dollars. Sadly, I am left with this problem and will have to pay out of my own pocket to fix it or try to live with the pain. I e-mailed the doctor but never heard back from him.
