After discussion, they said they would take a look if I would wait for an opening in their current work. After a reasonable wait, they took me back for an exam and x-ray. Both the technician and the dentist did a careful exam, and made recommendations for work to be done by my regular dentist, reassured me about the condition of the tooth and was very comforting in his approach. Accomplished exactly what I hoped would be done. In summary, they saw me when others would not. They were very courteous and thorough in their approach. They charged me a very reasonable fee for the services provided. I have no complaints and would recommend them to others.

Two weeks later, I got a bill for $120 per tooth! When I called to dispute it, the receptionist and manager were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I'll be reporting them to the Florida Board of Dentistry for giving false information and terrible customer service. They obviously only care about being greedy and taking your money!

The office is well run and efficient, the service is way beyond what I have experienced anywhere else and the Dentist is amazing! I have to admit that I have never even considered that the shot process could be so painless! This office will have my business as long as humanly possible. All that being said, the prices aren't cheap, but they are fair and if you want cheap, I'm sure you can probably find a dentist who charges less. I just wouldn't recommend it! The dental team, Dr. Taylor and a PA, did their best to get my problem resolved, spent quite a bit of time with me setting up my status for a new, registered patient (Full X-rays and history). Their concern for my comfort was exceptional and unexpected - this practice is NOT like most dental practices that I've been to. I also noted that the entire staff, reception, billing, scheduling, assistant and the DMD herself were all smiling and, it seemed, happy to be working there and so welcoming to a new face. I'm sold. I'm delighted to have found such a caring team.
