I had a dental emergency (a crown that fell off after only 4.5 years) and my regular dentist of the past five years couldn't fit me in or even help find an appointment within a week. To say I was in pain and losing hope would be an understatement. After my seventh call searching for an emergency dentist, I reached Oreana at Radiant, and everything changed. She was incredibly kind and got me in within an hour. When I arrived, the front office staff, Faith and Abby, were so welcoming and had me registered quickly. I was brought back almost immediately by my hygienist, Natalie, who was beyond compassionate and attentive to my pain and sensitivity. Then Dr. Williams stepped in and truly restored my faith; not just fixing my crown, but showing what exceptional care and service should look like. Within an hour, I was examined and my crown was repaired. Absolutely amazing. The moral of this experience: when one office falls short, don't lose hope. By law a vendor can charge up to 4%, but they are supposed to tell you up front and they never did. I found out after I paid it. 2) They also sell clear aligners, which should be an orthodontic procedure for many reasons. I eventually switched to braces with a nearby orthodontist. 3) They also charge $50 per hour cancellation fee. So if they think your procedure would have taken 2 hours, that would be a $200 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.

So bad, my insurance referred me to another orthodontist, who performed extremely beyond measure. They were very honest and let me know it was actually something else and not my tooth, which I really appreciated. I ended up having a few visits for other things, including a cleaning, and every single time the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had Dr. Habib, who was absolutely phenomenal. He's very kind, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff, which made me feel really comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the billing. A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well. To be fair, that could be more on the insurance side than the office, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will continue going back!

So, for example, I've never had the same dentist twice. Either the dentist is no longer there, isn't working that day, or whatever the excuse of the day is. Every single appointment has been with a different dentist. Front office is flat out rude; but that type of rude that's done with a smile. Huge "bless your heart" vibes. They also like to play games about insurance, saying that they accept your insurance but then, miraculously, when paying they no longer accept it. Different people get charged different amounts for the same procedures. For example 3 adults in my family all had x-rays, fluoride, and cleaning. Charges ranged from 200 - 450. All of us had the same amount of time, and the itemized receipts (other than the costs) were the same. That was the final straw for us. Even if you were happy with your work, when you leave you're left with the impression of the office being greedy, game players (with your money), and of course... bless your heart.
