I've trained Grapplers Lab for just over a year and a half. The gym is always clean and the equipment is premiere. Classes are relaxing and lighthearted, but elite. Members and coaches are respectful and polite. The gym camaraderie is conducive to social and technical growth from white belt all the way to black as there are no egos on or off the mat. With my always evolving law enforcement schedule the class times are unmatched; 5am, 11pm and 6-8pm. By far the best martial arts gym around! Everything from the kids classes to the competition class is top notch. I've never seen a BJJ/MMA gym with less ego and such a family/community feel. These guys are truly a positive force in the local community and work hard to give their students personal attention. I started training here in June of '22. One of the best decisions of my life. I liked the fact they offered a 5 am class due to work and kids. It's a great group of guys. Everyone is there to help each other out and improve. There are no egos. The coaches are fantastic. Ralph is the man and does a fantastic job breaking down technique. I came here looking for Muay Thai classes and ended up starting jiu-jitsu as well. Ralph and Fadi are fantastic and effective teachers - the classes are intense but also light and fun. WOW - the inside blew me away! My only regret is not visiting sooner. World class instructors, amazing people - this place feels like family. I'm learning self defense, and working on my cardio and fitness at the same time!! My kids love it too, and everybody is so supportive here.
