I know so we/I are trying to get this updated with current Wi-Fi and everything else that has happened with technology since 2006. The store is easily accessible off Broadway extension in edmond. It's bright and roomy (as it isn't crowded) today. We walked right up to one of the customer service counters and was told to sign in via cell phone. As you can imagine my client doesn't have a cell phone so he is unable to sign into their system.. this should be a consideration and people allowed to use house phone number as many people (some) still have house phones. I'm just saying but I don't have a house phone clearly I'm up to date with technology and have a current cell phone We waited patiently and the sales person (Brennon) was very nice, personable and professional. As my client is very detail oriented and requires you to repeat yourself often and then he repeats what he heard before asking more questions. It requires a lot patience and most people accommodate him because of his kind demeanor! Overall a good experience but as always with any service it took alittle time to process everything, it wasn't as easy as a quick in and out! Thank you Cox!!!!!

I let her know I just need to hand this to her & get a receipt. I'm making sure we are on the same page that all I need to do is hand this to them so I'm not charged for their equipment that I'm no longer using. She referred me back to the sign in & then she goes to help the next family in line and they are SETTING UP NEW SERVICE. And there were 2 more ahead of me. Not the employees fault, if this is Cox protocol, she is just doing her job. I walk to another desk , where 2 more employees were talking, I was about to set the router on the desk & snap a photo, and one of those gentlemen took the router & scanned it. Cox, if you are going to make it so inconvenient to return your equipment, you need to have a home pickup service where you deploy a truck to do so. That is lunacy to expect someone to sign in over equipment return- and wait for other customers to complete things that take awhile. While I sit there & wait for who knows how long to just hand you something.
