This is an authorized dealer NOT corporate so they tack on a $60 charge for the privilege of using their store. We bought a phone for Christmas as a gift and it wasn't supposed to be activated. They screwed that up. Went back in to have them fix that and remove the $60 charge since they didn't transfer anything and it's called a "set-up" fee. They said it's non refundable and offered to give us a case for $60. No thanks. Bad business. Did not disclose the fee. Would not refund. Do not do business here. read more

I accidentally downloaded a scam app today and it messed up my S21 Samsung phone. The gentleman who assisted me, Avi, was very helpful by removing several errant apps and returning my phone to an improved version of what I was accustomed to, resolving other issues I had struggled with. I had another important issue which he helped me with as well. I appreciated his efficiency, knowledge, willingness to above and beyond, and his kindness. this is not about this location at all! it is about Verizon not answering their phones ,following through with their services and providing services paid for. I sat on hold 50 min for a 20 min hold, 13 min after they closed. Finally I hung up and then 5 min later they send a text stating sorry we missed your call. My phone won't work in most places! They keep turning services off not returning them, then bill randomly changes after 2 years no explanation. I'm done after many years read more

Overall pleased with my transaction. They did a good job of getting my new phone setup. They seem slower before 5pm so if you're going to go make it early. I came back at 7:30 and it was busy. I have been to other Verizon stores and been pushed warranties and other things. This was the best experience I have had in Verizon. It is farther than my house because there is a closer one in Mustang, but it is worth the drive, and I will make this my store. He was very patient. He saw through with everything and took his time to answer all questions including putting in test cases to see how much each variable would affect our bill. We have 7 people on our plan, so you can imagine how every little thing adds up, but he made sure there were no surprises. He even started calling my daughter by name once he learned it making the whole experience that much more personalized. Very great job, Verizon. read more

Everything went well. The staff was extremely helpful. The store was clean, HAND SANITIZER and cleaning supplies were placed at NEARLY EVERY HORIZONTAL Surface and they all wore masks! I say this in a very good way. They are definitely serious about the safety of customers and themselves. And my new Verizon service is far superior. read more
