The nurse was very attentive and kind and if it was the fact I was in so much pain I would have remembered their names to write in this review. Props to the emergency room next door as well. The GPS led us there first and they new exactly where to point us to get to the urgent care. (They call it priority care FYI) Overall a great visit and would recommend if you have something urgent you need looked at. Especially if your doctors appointment is going to be a few days away or longer. They will take care of you and be honest with you. Kudos again for helping us find the cheapest pharmacy to get the antibiotics we needed. 11/10 would get sick again.

The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere. Called and let them know how their employees were treating their patients.

In my last appointment, I was made to wait an hour to be told "no" to my request for documentation and the P.A. who spoke to me bluffed about how the appointment was made by an "automated machine"; how she tried to contact me the day prior but "couldn't" (I spoke to them on the phone twice the day prior and neither time was it her; she then claimed she tried to "have [them] call me back" to which I had to correct her and state that I had answered their call and the purpose of the call was scheduling this appointment. The first 5-6 years I have had "no issues." I am not sure what has happened, but it seems every 21 days there is some "new way" to Check in. Each time it gets worse, takes longer. Use to be if my doctor scheduled any test, I was getting a call to schedule before I even got out of the building. It's been 3 months now since I was suppose to have test. Not one call! I've inquired and get told, "well, we are having problems." I still have not been scheduled. I use to see my oncologist every 3 weeks with just infusions otherwise. Heck, I haven't seen "my doctor" since last February. Evidently they changed his schedule. Now, I have seen 3 different doctors and have to see one each time. Which means, I go to 2 different floors, wait as long as 2 hours before seeing the PA, then wait 20-30 more minutes for the doctor. Then go to another floor for my infusion. Most times I end up being there 5-6 hours and scheduling is gone by the time I get done, therefore, I have to call (usually 2-3 calls) to leave messages to get the time for my next visit. So my back started throwing shade and not in a "girl, you carried the team all weekend" kind of way. We're talkin' more like "your kidneys are protesting your life choices" kind of ache. And then my stomach joined the drama, all tender and whiny--not because my man cooked me a candlelit dinner and gave me butterflies, but because apparently my insides were staging a full-blown rebellion. Naturally, I sashayed into urgent care like the classy, hydrated queen I try to be--and within minutes, the pee parade revealed its ugly truth: UTI, possibly flirting with a kidney infection. The audacity. Now let's be clear--I'm newly engaged. We're still deep in the honeymoon phase. The last thing I need is a do not enter sign posted at the love shack. So I looked that nurse practitioner dead in the eye and said, "Listen, we need to fix this real quick. My garage is hot, and my man's got valet energy." She nodded with a knowing smile that said, "Say less." Cue the miracle antibiotics--a short-term lease on life for my bacteria, and a fast pass back to the Tunnel of Love. Would I recommend this urgent care? Absolutely. Efficient, empathetic, and fully supportive of getting me back to... functionality. 10/10, would let them tune up my transmission anytime. In summary: Crisis averted. Romance resumed. Bladder betrayed me, but love prevails.
