I spoke to their agent and disclosed all information in the beginning of the process and during the process. And yet the agent could not properly give me an accurate quote. I addition to providing me with incorrect premiums, I contracted an auto insurance only to find out that my rate was doubled 1 month later. Not only did I loose money but I lost my continuous coverage rating which apparently is a big item in NY. In addition the office manager was in copy to all my emails and did nothing to correct the situation. In all, the company did not properly train their staff, did not take accountability for the issue and did nothing to make the situation right by the customer which was their fault.
