They raised my premium from $3300 to 6600 $ so I told them I am not going to renew. they renewed anyway and sent me a cancellation two weeks later which I am required to sign and return to them. They billed me for $1400 for 2 weeks worth of insurance coverage for a ploicy that is $6600 a year and told me that it is the cancellation charge and premium earned . Go figure the logic for this . They then went on to ACH my account without my approval three times in three days totalling over $6000 in August . I think they systematically poked my account the first time to see if it goes through as most bank will ask for ACH signed authorization I had been calling them daily since then . Patty Studer keeps on playing her delaying tactic that she would look into this since Oct 5 2015. Well it is December now . Five Messages left for Todd Fendler with his admin , owner of this company , to call me never get answered. Each time , the admin told me she would definitely have Todd Fendler call me . I had been calling these people weekly since Oct 2015. I think I must have been either put on hold and transfered at least 20 times . I wasted more than 40 hours so far trying to get my money back . I am fed up with these crooks and is considering to pursue class action suit against these people. I am willing to spend both time and money to seek justice. Please join me and let me know what they did to you. Together , we must put these people out of business and behind bars so they cannot hurt others .
