Boat was going to be in Traverse City, and so they finally got us a quote by the middle of summer. Deposit given to them in less than a week. Not until the second week of October 2019 did the work get done. And the arch is too flimsy. We will have to add bracing ourselves as we are leaving the area on the sailboat in less than a week. Very expensive, $4K, for a flimsy arch. I recommend boaters and others look elsewhere for their stainless and aluminum work.

From the initial request for a bid (Matt showed up quickly, provided a bid and answered any questions about products). Excellent communication about the proposal and started much sooner than I thought they could. A full detached garage torn off and replaced in less than one day - Paul communicated before and during the process, showing up with his fantastic work crew who were non-stop until the job was done. Next up was the house - wow it was a worse mess than we anticipated - but no problem for Paul and crew. They had to make some major repairs, but just rolled with it and got it done in 1 day. The workers were there until nearly dark making sure the entire property was impeccably clean (I literally can't find one nail left behind!). This crew is so hard working and fantastic at what they do. It's great to have exceptional service, but most importantly, the end result of their workmanship is outstanding. Our roof looks amazing.
