They knew little about the boat, the fish finder wasn't working properly, the helm seat was mounted 3 inches forward of where it should have been and macdonald would do nothing to help. They wouldn't answer our calls after the sale. When we stopped in since we couldn't get them to return our calls, they denied even knowing us. When there was a warranty issue with the floor that needed to be replaced since the seat was mounted incorrectly, we got no help at all. We ended up contacting Lund for help and frankly, they weren't any better. Jared macdonald is horrible with customers and so is his entire staff. Grab your wallet and head over to Walstrom Marine in Traverse City. They picked up the mess that Lund and macdonald left us in and cleaned it up for us. We will buy a different boat from Walstrom but wouldn't buy a fish hook from macdonald marine.
