I went into the store to get ice and water for a 1/2 Gallon Water Jug. This really rude Jerk yelled at me "Don't even think of filling that Jug with Soda Pop" I don't drink Pop. I just drink water. I was trying to put ice in my Jug. I could here one solid junk of ice in the machine. I only got a few shavings in my jug. The person that I believed to be the owner of the store told me that I would have to pay for a bag of ice if I put ice in my 1/2 gallon Jug. I thought I saw the person that I perceived to be an owner go out a side door. I headed out the side door to show him that I only got a few shavings of ice and thus I would not be paying for a bag of ice. He yelled at me from within the store. He thought I was leaving and stealing a jug full of ice. The Jerk banned me from the Store and told me to never return. It would have cost me over $100.00 to fill my Fuel Tank. I left with 1/8 tank of fuel and made it to Mancelona. I had a wonderful meal at Mancelona BP and filled my Fuel Tank. I find Irony for being banned from a Store that I live 150 miles away from.

Recently came here on a random Journey to see what was North of Traverse City and trying to explore…read morethe area around us. This gas station was pretty typical. Gas was higher than average it featured everything that you would expect to find out a gas station. Prices here were a little high, they had lottery tickets obviously , the lines here move pretty slow. Easy access to the major Road next to you. Overall, casual visit.

They are easy to deal with, the office staff is pleasant, and they pricing is typically at or very near the lowest. Propane supply has a lot of game players with mystery fees and other strange practices. Office staff are sometime brusque and unpleasant; prices are often a big negotiation. I've not experienced this with Johnson, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back.
