Worst place I've ever been to for my nails. $45 for my nails to look like a 5 year old did them. No thank you never again

My mom and I went to get gel manicures and normal pedicures. We were the last appointment of the day and they didn't rush at all! The pedicure is great. They have a really neat aloe wash to soak your feet in and use scrubs and such and file away rough patches. The polish looked great on both my hands and feet. The have a wide variety of nails colors, especially for gel. The staff is very friendly as well. My moms only complaint was that the woman she had filed my moms nails way too short. It was $110 for two gel manicures and two pedicures, so a little pricey, but not too bad. I would recommend this place just make sure you monitor how short they are filing your nails. read more

For starters I went there for a polish change and they charged me for a full gel manicure $45. literally the next day my thumb chipped I went back the day after got it fixed and that same day it chipped again and I've done absolutely nothing strenuous to chip them. this place sucks read more

I really love coming here. If you ever want to come and relax, this is the place to be. I will say, it's a little more pricy than other salons but it's worth it. The ambiance is great, it's not loud like other salons. They have such an amazing selection of gel polish and regular polish, I take forever to choose. Today was my first time at this salon. I had a pedicure with Heidi and it was a great experience. I've been looking for a place that gave a good leg and foot massage, and I've found it! The salon is clean and quiet, and Heidi took her time, did not feel rushed at all. A little pricier than other salons ($30.00), but definitely worth it! read more

I thought I would try a new place because it's so beautiful inside but it's a very average pedicure. Staff isn't friendly and the lady who was working on me wasn't even paying attention. She was looking the other way half the time. The massage was not relaxing and my polish was not painted very neatly. Hope they can improve! read more

2/20/19 I'm updating my review because I'm changing 5 stars to 3. Someone has to talk about the male owner and the stench of cigarette smoke. Smokes out front and then i can't even have a service by him the stench of smoke is unbearable. One time I was getting a pedicure and then manicure and as soon as the pedicure was over he asked the girl to go start someone else and he would do my manicure. Why would I want to switch to another person mid service? Why because he didn't want to to a pedicure so he was making my girl do a pedicure so he could do the manicure. I say excuse me did you consider I booked an appt with her and you didn't even ask me if I'd mind! I say no way I'm sorry she is my girl and I would like to finish my services with her. I still keep a 5 star review for the staff that does an amazing job but the make owner needs to realize any high end nail salon should not smoke in front and needs to cover up the horrible smoke stench. Had to update my review. Very happy. I will be back. They have little extras build into your service. A real massage during pedicure and I loved that they scrub your knees. Every place stops before the knee and to me that's so important and I didn't have to ask! Great job doing cuticles. And they put these gloves on after you manicure all included. 25 Gel and 30 pedicure. They have some awesome gel colors. I will be back! read more

I've been here 2x and have been really happy both times! It's probably one of the only places in the area that doesn't always need a scheduled appointment. My pedicure was really good both times and so was my manicures. They have the 7 day polish and only charge 3 dollars more instead of the 5 that most places charge in this area. The salon is nicely decorated, the drying area is really pretty and the owner is so nice. It is in the Holmdel plaza, which is very convenient and there is tons of parking. I went there Halloween night and got a gel mani. 5 days later, I needed 6 nails re-done because they peeled ! The man owner was very pleasant. Unfortunately the only 2 girls doing nails are the same 2 there on Halloween. 3 hours later, 1 nail peeled and by morning, 2 more. Enough was enough. I stopped in on the way to work and the woman owner said she will redo them. I said no thank you, I would like my money back. I explained that I had to get to work, I dont live in the area and that I was working 2 jobs and had no time to come back again just to have the nails peel yet again. She kept. repeating, no money back would give me a refund. She offered a gift certificate. I took it reluctantly and told her that she should be ashamed of herself for not backing her product. I have no intentions on ever going back. BTW, I was there 3 times, different days and times and the place was empty of customers and the same 2 girls sitting in the corner. I have been going to this salon for some time now and have always had a good experience. I do not usually ask for anyone specifically, as all have been good. I usually get a gel manicure every two weeks at this salon. Today was the exception to a relaxing experience. It was down right unrelaxing with the person who just did my gel manicure. I believe her name was Silvia and I have had her before, but today was like she was on speed with my nails. Pulling my hands and handling my nails with the Emory board in an erratic way. I should have just stopped her in her tracks, but i continued. It ended with her putting my first hand in the back with hand cream and didn't even try to cool it down and shoved my had in the back. I actually pulled my hand back to cool it down myself. It was followed by the hot towel and again never tried to cool it slightly before slapping it on my hand. I am truly sorry to right this, but it was truly a terrible experience and i should have just stop her and walked out. read more
