Took my sister and 9 year old niece here for a spontaneous spa day on Sunday November 9, 2025. Spent a little over $76 a person for gel manicures and regular pedicures. They were done rather quickly with the gel manicures. Come to find out 3 days later the gel manicure chipped for all three of us! Usually when I've gone to get my nails done at any salon, they have you wash your hands first and clean under your nails before working in them but they skipped that. The technicians themselves used gloves while working so that was the extent of the cleanliness. Emily was my stylist and she was cordial enough to do her job but didn't really make conversation with me. She only spoke to her coworkers . But I suppose that's a personal preference. The service overall felt transactional but I suppose that's the business. I know nail salons can be a hit or miss sometimes so of course a subjective experience. read more

Sloppiest pedicure I've ever gotten. First red flag was when I sat down and said I just wanted a basic spa pedicure and the woman told me no that I had to get a special scented one. When I pointed to the regular spa pedicure that was $10 cheaper she flipped the brochure over and told me no. Again I showed her the one I wanted and she rolled her eyes and said ok. Even the "basic" spa pedicure at $49 is not worth it. When I questioned the "mud mask" it came with the nail person and then the owner gaslit me into thinking a mint scrub was the same as a mud mask. When it came to taking the gel off my nails she drilled my nails so bad that I had to go to my doctor to find out that she PERMANENTLY DAMAGED my nails. Well, this was my first time to the salon, but it will be my last time as well! My nail technician seemed to have been daydreaming while doing my pedicure today. Each step was 15 secs, callus scrubbing was 15 secs, paint job was thick and it took long to dry. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE DONE! It was $29 for this 30 mins of service. This place is amazing. I found it two years ago. They have the best nail professionals, great flexible schedule, great service. Always polite, accommodating, super nice. They survived the pandemic and opened up as soon as allowed. Their safety precautions are top notch. Everybody is wearing masks, they take your temp before checking in, there are plastic partitions between the clients. etc. It feels very safe and relaxing. Great design of the space, great location, very aesthetic looking and chill place. And their prices are beyond reasonable. Five plus plus plus plus stars! First, let me say it's been really hard to find a good nail place that does a great job, doesn't over charge and is clean!!!! This place is literally beyond fantastic. Second and most importantly, Helen is by far the best nail lady I have EVER had. My gel manicures last forever and never chip, peel or crack. She is so meticulous in her work. Awful. Went for a powder dip and my aunt got a regular manicure. They rushed, my aunts manicure literally took about 6 minutes. The polish was streaky and messy. My powder manicure came out terrible, the woman gave me a massage and when it was time to pay they charged me an extra $10 without telling me it would cost anything. I was looking for 5 stars. places that were clean, use disposable liners in their tubs, and new tools with each client. After calling a few to ask I came across this salon. It wasn't 5 stars but close. I called and they met my requirements. When I arrived I was greeted right away by a very friendly woman. She explained all the different types of services and prices. I opted for the spa pedicure with a few extras. And the hot oil manicure for the dryness in my hands due to the cold weather I wasn't use to. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment and service . It was GREAT. Priced extremely well. I pay just as much in Florida with half the things that they do here in this salon. Sometimes you need to overlook the star review and give a place a try. I'm glad I did. I will be going back for the same thing right before I return Florida next mont. read more

I like the manicurists but I think the place could be prettier. Everyone is generally nice. They have to get rid of Zach the manicurist who doesn't stop talking, has a foul mouth, and the whole place has to hear everything he talks about. I go here to relax and he makes me stressed. Other patrons and I share eye rolls so obviously he annoys everyone. I'm thinking twice about going back again. I've been going here for a few months but there's other places to choose from. Came here for a Gel Manicure with my sister and we both left very happy with our polishes! Both manicurists took their time and did a meticulous job. The color selection for the gel polishes is quite large, however they didn't have very many (if any) of the CND gel polish brand, which I prefer above OPI & Essie. I went on a whim because my regular nail place is closed on Sunday's I should have just waited the day. They charged me $85 for a set... a set they didn't even put any color on, and weren't anything close to the shape I asked for. I walked out with bare globs of gel. Not to mention she nicked me and made me bleed on every finger then put the gel on so thick my hands where trembling from the burning under the UV light. Pinky popped off along with the ring finger on the opposite hand when I finally went to my regular nail spot they popped them all off in seconds and gave me a proper new full set because the original set I got from this place was so bad and lifting allowing water to get under, Never again. Over priced, barriers in place but don't look like they where ever wiped down once. read more

The staff still does a good job in terms of actual nail care, but almost all of the polish they have at this point is old and dried up. They really need to invest in fresh product. I get gel manicures because the polish is supposed to last. I've had recent manicures there resulting in the polish starting to peel a week later. I expect it to last nearly a month because it used to! I even asked the front desk to show me their freshest polishes the last time I was there and those still were just in OK condition. I've chosen completely different colors than I had in mind coming in just because the polish looked newer. It's disappointing, but I do still like them despite this one issue. I hope they will read this and invest in new polish. Also, the guy who does the shoulder massages hasn't been there my last few visits! He's amazing! Ive been going to this salon forever and they recently switched owners and now I'm not sure I will ever go back. The new technicians they have aren't as thorough as the old ones. I got a gel manicure and was very disappointed in how they turned out. The wrong color was used by mistake so I corrected my technician and after that, my manicure was rushed and sloppy resulting in a poor manicure. My the color is laid on really thick (which you can see especially on my middle fingers and pointer fingers) and its not even fully set so its still sticky. Her hair was hanging down which kept getting into my nails and toes and with everything that is going on I think thats very unsanitary. Not to mention I was charged $5 extra for her mistake of putting on the wrong color. I'm so disappointed in how this place went downhill. Never coming back. read more

Desperately needed a pedicure after this quarantine and was quickly able to make an appointment! This was my first time at this salon, and was recommended by a colleague since I was working in NJ for the day. They checked my temperature on arrival, and had to purel. Clients for pedicures were seated every other seat, and had linings in between each chair. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, and everything appeared clean and sanitary. I got a spa pedicure which was amazing! I only rated 4 starts because I found it to be a bit pricey $47+ tip. I don't know what the prices were pre covid and if this was raised bc of it. I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure at the same time my sister went for a regular manicure and pedicure and I was finished before her. My pedicure was rushed and not relaxing at all. I had regular nail polish before getting my gel and the lady did not get rid of all my nail polish before starting the gel. I had streaks of my old nail polish on the cuticles and on my fingers. A row of 10 spa chairs with a bunch of ladies doing your nails with perpetual miserable frowns on their faces. ( i like to call them "stink faces") Horrible customer service.. rushed, non-personal and my "manicurist" had terrible breath.... Mediocre quality of work... I can literally do a better job on my own nails, I was so frustrated me and my friend had to pay $97.00 for two mani/pedi's... It would have been fair if they had done a good service but we felt ripped off.... And to think we had to wait 20 min thinking it was worth it... While sitting there I observed a bunch of crap laying on the floor behind the counter (lunch bags, purses, coats)... Nail polish misplaced all over, An employee bringing her little boy out to walk in front of the salon because he was napping in the back... My "two week manicure" didn't make it even one week without chipping and peeling DRASTICALLY. Things happen though, so I figured no big deal... I'll take my 9 year old niece for a birthday mani/pedi and get this fixed while I'm there. Rather than apologizing for the condition of my nails, I was told "well, your two weeks is almost up." Ummm, no... it's been TEN DAYS and this started week one! I even took photos, which are time stamped, to prove as much! Even after seeing the photo evidence, they didn't offer an apology or make any effort to rectify the situation. I was ready to walk out at that point, but I wanted to get my niece's nails done for her birthday, so I said "just soak these off and I'll get a regular mani, and she'll have a mani/pedi." To which they responded, "well you're going to have to wait a half hour." My eyes immediately shifted to the EMPTY nail bar -- not a SINGLE person sitting there, literally -- and said, forget it.
