So I arrive the first thing I noticed was the smell. The smell of this place is not pleasant, AT ALL. I went a week ago and will not be back. The washer did not spin my clothes enough they were still wet after that washing cycle. NOT DAMP BUT WET and of course this is gonna cause you to spend more money drying them because who wants damp clothes? Almost NONE of the card readers worked for the washing machine. Dryers need to be fixed as well. I'm leaving this review so I know which laundromat to never use again!

When I select the hot water it's always hot. I've gone to other places close to me but when I pick hot water when I take my clothes out it's never hot. In this place I pick hot water and when I get my clothes out it's steaming hot. I know that my clothes has been properly washed. Other places when you leave and come back people take out your clothes, for the past 4 years not over has this happen here.

An employee approached the laundry cart and began to remove my basket and detergent from the cart. I informed the employee (female) that I needed to use the cart to transfer my clothes from the washer to the drying. She stated that I could not keep the cart because there was a shortage of carts. The employee passed several customers with items in their cart before reaching my cart; however, she did not attempt to take their cart. When I refused to allow her to take the cart, she left the area. Another employee arrived 10 minutes later and began taking my items out of the cart. I asked her to stop and asked her why she did not try to take carts from other patrons at the laundromat. I have used this facility in the past to wash / dry bedding items. I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service in the past. I will NEVER patronize this laundromat again based on my experience today!
