My dryer broke and I had to find someplace to dry two big loads of laundry (late in the evening). This laundromat is open late and is the cleanest I have ever seen. They actually have a kids corner where your kids can play. I didn't know how to operate the machine (no quarters). You get a laundry card and add funds to it. The attendant helped me and was very gracious! I had large quilts laundered here in the past and they always do a great job. I highly recommend this place. Everything was as advertised; relaxing, rejuvenating, and enjoyable. Being a first time client I was given upgrades and add ons. The issue I had was parking. I wasn't aware, I'm from out of town, that the shop doesn't have a lot or street spaces to use. Lots of machines, only a couple out of order and they're clearly marked. Washers and dryers come in different capacities for different prices and are clearly marked. There is so many things I disliked about this place. The clothes do not dry good (I put them in 3 different dryers for around 25 minutes and they were still damp, then I put them for another 12 minutes, they were still damp), I went to buy milk at the store next door and came back at 9pm, mind you, they close at 11pm. I knocked on the glass for around 10 minutes because my work clothes were in there, the owner finally came and yelled at me, saying they were closed. I asked him if I could just get my clothes because they said it closed at 11. He yelled at me and told me he'd call the police. After a lot of bickering, he finally brought them out and began lecturing me how I was being disrespectful for asking for my clothes. (I was trying to be polite). I wasn't really sure what to expect as I read mixed reviews for this place. Overall I had a pleasant experience and got my comforter washed. There are different sized washers, based on weight capacity of clothes, such as 20lb, 30lb, 45 lb, and 65 lb. The price per load is dependent on the size of washer and the heat setting. It's around $5 for washer load and $0.25/6 minutes of dry time. I thought it was decently clean and the other patrons were well mannered. I came during daylight, when lots of families were here. A little boy kept asking me questions while my laundry was getting done and then wished me well in my life as Ieft. Nice personal touch. read more

Family was in the Virginia area for our Vacation to Washington DC .. Its our 5th day on vacation and ran out of clean clothes so need to find a coin laundry since laundry at the hotel was too expensive.. Found this on yelp and went here at 630am on a wednesday .. Well priced full service wash and fold -- 1.25/lb, $20 for a king sized comforter. They only take cash, but you can pay at drop off or pick up. I didn't experience a language barrier with the woman working when I went in. She spoke perfect English. When I called, someone answered, which I didn't really expect, so that was great. Not too crowded when I was there, around noon. Good location, easy parking, clean facility, and the clothes were done by the end of the day. I'd only suggest bringing your own detergent, if you have sensitive skin. I only saw harsher formulas there. read more

Brought my comforter in to wash as it is too large to fit into my washer at home. I picked this location because it was the closest to me. When I got there and asked for smaller bills for the $20 I had on me, I instantly regretted it. The attendant could not have been more rude than she was. She did not verbally respond to my request and placed my money on the counter instead of in my hand. Next time I will patronize a different laundromat. I do not name habit of spending my hard earned money where it seems as if I'm a burden. Not to mention, I had to take my comforter home soaking wet. DING! DING! DING! We have a winner! The cleanest laundromat in this area ... well managed and staffed, with no loud music (gawd, I hate that) blaring in the background. Free wi-fi, too, so you can get some work in. I arrived early Sunday morning, so I can't attest to what mid-day traffic would look like, but I saw plenty of machines available, so I can't imagine having to wait. Poor facility. Not clean, run down, pricey. Hot water option is a joke but cost extra, the driers are NOT efficient which means you'll be stuck here longer waiting on your stuff to dry. It took me two hours just to wash and dry two damn blankets. The restroom is NOT open, you need to ask for the key (seriously). There is no soap or paper towels inside. I can deal with no paper towels but how you can be so gross as to not have soap in the bathroom for the public??? The floor is dingy, so you need to be careful not to drop your clean clothes. I will not come back here, yuck. read more

Cleanish, pricey, extremely loud, and nothing is in English, so I hope I didn't break any rules. It's just families in here from what I can tell, so even late at night I didn't get any bad vibes. TV was blasting the entire time, a monumentally bored 6-year-old entertained herself at 11 p.m. by singing to herself, and with the grocery store gone there are just odd hang-arounds who don't seem to be doing laundry. read more

This place is nice and has a pretty good space that makes laundry works much easier. It is located right next to the Giant in the Elden Street Market Place, so people do the grocery shopping at the same time. Our dryer broke Sunday so, off we went after dinner on a Sunday night. The place worked well for us. There were lots of people but lots of machines, so we only waited about 10 minutes. The dryer we used was clean inside and worked fine. The location was clean, well-lit and no other noise besides the machines, kids and people. read more

Reception desk that provided help and wash/fold services (interesting fact...they also sold calling cards). Had wall mounted machine for detergent/softer/dryer sheets etc. Two change machines accepting up to $20 bills. Two flat screen tv's. Folding tables.
