I walked out of there an hour ago and feel fantastic. They walk on your back and I never have had that before- I was a little nervous about it but it hits all the right spots. I like a nice deep massage so definitely be ready for that. I had Sonia and she really did a wonderful job. My boyfriend and I did a unison couples massage in the couples room and his masseuse also hit his spots. I've been going to Cozy Thai massage for the past five years and have had several of the massage therapists and they have all been great. Recently I have had Alice for my therapist for my last 5 visits and she is very skillful in her craft. She was able to get me a female massage therapist. Amy was great she made sure I was comfortable with the pressure she was using. I have had many massages, many different places so I'll just diatribe about my experience with this place. Cleanliness: Didn't use the restroom, so not sure about that. Linens smelled and felt clean. Floors felt clean. Overall, very clean. Massage itself: I asked for a deep tissue and it was provided, but I am not sure if this person actually went to school for massage therapy. She dug in certain areas she shouldn't have and not in places where she should have. Also, she didn't do both sides the same, nor equally. That usually never happens, as a professional uses the same technique on both sides of the body. Ambiance: It is decorated, but cheesy. Also, I cannot stand when there is a gap near the ceiling. I like the rooms to be perfectly enclosed, this place has a few inches gapped. I could hear everything they were saying in the hallway, but at least they were quiet when the therapist came in. Whoever's business was next door was playing their music so loud that I could hear it mix with the music in my room. Not peaceful at all. The bed was heated which I love! I usually do couples massage with my wife and she also love the place too. I recently had the masseuse Ivy and for a small lady, she pretty strong! If you have a high pain threshold, don't underestimate her! She will massage you pretty hard if you request it. But just let her know if it's too hard because she'll really put some strength in it. Before my massage I was very nervous however Ivy made me feel comfortable explained what would be done and confirmed areas I felt pain and proceeded to give the best massage I have ever had. I booked a one hour foot reflexology session, but he didn't even really massage my feet, let alone use any actual reflexology techniques.
