BEST decision ever! When I arrived, I was carrying A LOT of stress and muscle tension. My neck, shoulders, and back were extremely stiff, tight, and painful. I explained everything to Cindy and requested medium pressure, and let me tell you, this woman is absolutely gifted with her hands! ‍ She gave me one of the BEST massages I have ever received. She did a complete full body massage, including my feet, and really focused on the areas where I was carrying the most tension. She used hot oil and placed heating pads on my neck and lower back, and OMG, it felt AMAZING! ‍ I get massages pretty frequently and I love trying different massage therapists and different places, so I definitely know when I receive an exceptional massage. By far, Cindy has been one of the BEST massage therapists I have ever had. I work in a demanding field and I am also managing my mother's continuity of care along with multiple responsibilities and projects, so sometimes I become extremely overwhelmed.
