My child was moved from the daycare to the school and from there they was calling me to get my child every day and also I think the owner had a vendetta against my child my child had an altercation with another student and she was only trying to send my child home and this was told to me by his teacher my child also had a busted lip no one knew what happened the last day my child was there they called me to come get him because they say he was choking someone but when I went and got him he had scribble of pen on both of his shoes and also his cot got stolen they didn't care but another student blanket got stolen they put paper in the kids folder and also sent an email out about it they don't treat non of the kids the same they're getting paid for him and all they wanna do is send him home whatever happened to time out but anywho I transferred him and don't recommend this racist school read more

I toured many facilities. This one is always clean and doesn't smell like urine(sad but a lot of schools I entered smelled horrible). They really do genuinely care about the children. I feel the tuition is definitely affordable and they have tons of activities for the kids. They have a strong emphasis on teaching early childhood education that will enable your child to succeed in school and truly have a head start. Prior to my kids being enrolled I homeschooled them and I feel they definitely picked up where I left off in making sure my kids are advanced and are learning things above their age levels. read more

CP Prep is a Great family oriented school. Both of my kids have gone to CP Prep. All the teachers are like family, everyone knows each other regardless of what class they teach. My daughter loves going to school, and even calls the Admin Secretary miss Mimi. My son switched over to public school last year is far beyond his peers academically. read more

My kids have been going to this school since August, and I have never had a bad experience other than some of the parents of the children. As far as the person who decided to make her first post on Yelp a derogatory post about Mrs. Patterson and Ms. Mia (who I may add areas nicest and as sweet as they come) I feel that calling Ms. Patterson racist and suggesting that Ms. Mia needs a mental evaluation is completely FALSE! The teachers at this facility genuinely care about the children. My kids adore Ms. Meg, Ms. Christina, Ms. Celina, and Ms. Mia as well as the other staff. I feel more parents should appreciate and acknowledge when their children are in great care. Out of all the facilities in Mesquite and Sunnyvale, this one is the best that I have seen. Not to mention the facility is always clean and they have security measures in place to ensure your kids are safe. Not to mention, they are accredited and I know that my child is getting a head start on their education, they offer computer classes for toddlers and even offer dance classes with Ms Judy from Stars of Tommorow. They even have Friday Night Live that anyone can attend and drop off their kids so I can have Mommy time or Date night with my husband. Soooooo many reasons to chose this school. My son attended CP Preparatory School for only two weeks. During the second week there my son was able to walk out of his class room and into the parking lot (in search for me). Blessed that I had not left the school premises just yet, I went to the hallway just in time to see Miss. Patterson yelling very loudly at my 4 yr. old son. She had her finger pointed only an half inch away from his face. I politely grabbed my son's hand and guided him to another area of the school to let him know how dangerous it was to walk out of the school. Miss. Patterson followed me and informed me that my son would be terminated if he walked out of the school again. She lead him back to class. I observed Miss. Patterson inform my son's entire class and his teacher about how much my son was a liability and how he walked out of the class. My son was completely embarrassed. I went to Miss. Patterson to inform her that I do not yell at my son at the tone in which she did and I did not expect that from a professional. I expressed to her that the fact that my child was able to leave his class room and make it to the street was not HIS fault, but hers. I politely expressed to her that I did not like that she belittled my child in front of his peers. Instead of holding a conversation to address my concerns. Miss. Patterson yelled, "if you don't like it, then terminate!" and walked off. I grabbed my child and left the center. Miss. Patterson was only concerned about herself and her business not the safety of my child who was able to leave her facility. I would not recommend this school to anyone please stay clear of it. Miss. A MUST READ!!!!! I'm a mother of two toddler boys and i constantly worry about their well being ... on 11/9 after already dropping them off at 7am something told me to come check on my oldest son 2 hours later,' which im glad i did because i witness fist hand verbal abuse and unnecessary roughness from Miss Erin. Even tho it wasn't towards my child, whose to says that it hasn't happened to him before. When I confront Mrs Patterson (head director) about my concerns she did say that her school doesn't tolerate any form of mistreatment from her staff but then she proceeds to talk about the schools curriculum. in my eyes that doesn't show much concern because every time i said anything about the safety of my children she would CUT ME OFF to apply the schools curriculum to the situation. I mean yes the curriculum is important to us but THEIR SAFETY IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT. I only wish i knew the child's mother to inform her of what i saw because i doubt they will giver her full details OR WONT TELL HER AT ALL! if you know someone who attends Miss Erin's class and has an African american boy with a low hair cut please inform them of what you've read.. With all that said my husband and I permanently took our boys out the same day of the incident . I would not recommend this school to anyone and it's very unfortunate how they handled the situation.
