My husband was out of town as a Poll Worker and when he went to come home our pickup wouldn't start. We had called our USAA insurance for towing but after "3 confusing calls" from towing services out of town we gave up and called the one "right here in town"! Aubert's towed our pickup over to Chumbley's Auto Repair "Quick as A whistle"! Now we wonder why the towing referral service with our USAA auto insurance didn't look for a local business?? I will have to ask them! We were really happy to finally get our GMC pickup where it needed to go, instead of being stuck out of town, but no worry because the folks in Sandyville kept an eye on it for us! That is one of the nice things we appreciate about living here in Iowa! : )

But he would not speak. Total silence. "Hello? Can you hear me? Hello?" No answer. Silence. He hung up. Call attempt 4: Answered. What blares back at me for about 30 seconds seems to be some kind of air horn blasting into the speaker nonstop. I am astounded. I could understand being busy, but this appears to be blatant hostility. If you need towing, I really suggest that you seek out an alternative that not only wants your business, but is more respectful.
