I have a lot of health issues and I love having a pharmacist who really is aware of contraindications between my medications. I had a PA prescribe a prescription for me that was absolutely not to be taken by someone with my health issue and thank goodness Dr. Ghiya knew it and we were able to get a different medication. I provided my name and verified all of my information only to be told that she didn't have access to my account due to the restrictions that she had and would have someone call me back in 24 hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated that she would have to submit a request and schedule a phone call back to me for that also within 24 hours. How do you expect customers to return your calls and be able to ask questions and take care of bills when representatives don't have access to our account.
