If you ever need something from a pharmacy or even to pick up from fedex…read moremake sure you go elsewhere, I just left this store and the so called "manager" gave me the worse customer service ever, I had a package at fedex to pick up when he asked for my ID i gave it to him my address is not updated so he said do you have another ID with this address on it and I said no, he said oh well i cant give you the package then with an attitude and a smile face and turn his back, I said listen im not finish with you yet I have an statement from the bank I guess and he said then you do have something with the address on it. I said well you should have explained yourself instead of just giving your back on me I thought you meant on a paper, he kept arguing which I said listed you need to stop I dont have time for this, just verify and give me my package, when I was leaving the store I asked the cashier who the manager was and she said it was him and he came walking and laughing, if this is the type of manager you have for your store you will keep loosing customers, HE HAS THE A NASTY ATTITUDE and needs should work elsewhere since he definitely doesnt know how to work with the public

Spoke with Adam at the James Redman location, who sealed the deal for me avoiding Walgreens Pharmacy all together if at all possible. Too many pharmacies to choose from to have to deal with rudeness. Sad, just wanted to pick up my prescription. Local store said couldn't get unless I called Plant City and they "bagged the script". Adam in Plant City argued that I didn't know what I was talking about. Thanks Adam.

The pharmacist…read moreMarta is rude and spent no less than ten minutes repeating endlessly how much trouble she was going to get into if she filled my wife's prescription because she had more than 60% of her prescriptions as controlled substances that supposedly "do not carry" before asking me to leave and threatening to call the police. Previously she would not permit me to pick up my wife's Class II prescriptions without a note or phone call from her and lied stating that it "is required by HIPPA" (it is not; I checked with several other pharmacists at other pharmacies and within my own company, which provides pharmacy benefits to workers comp claims and works directly with pharmacies and confirmed she was lying; what's required is proper ID and signature for the prescription.) The fact that she gave them to me anyway after I complained further proves it was not a HIPAA requirement or she risked a substantial fine from the federal government in doing so. The pharmacist then stated that the distributor would not serve pharmacies that had more than a certain threshold of narcotic fills, but was not able to present any written memo or other proof any anyone (FDA, CMS, or Amerisource, their supplier) indicating this. It became very clear that she did not want our business because of the amount of narcotic prescriptions my wife requires, and when she was challenged on this I was told to leave. We had been customers without a complaint for close to a year and now suddenly these concerns are being raised? Why were they not raised sooner or when we brought our first prescriptions to this pharmacy. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere. Go to a pharmacy who actually wants your business; this one is not it.

My pulmonary specialist, Dr. Shah referred me to this company for a CPAP machine. I was told this company would contact me within the next "few" days. After waiting a week & a half and not hearing from them I called the office to inquiry. Maria is the lady who answers the phone. I asked when I'd be able to obtain the CPAP machine my doctor order and my insurance company approved over a week ago. Maria said that my order was placed on hold. But, offered no details as to why. She said that Angela Gonzalez, the "office manager" (LOL) was the only one who could help me. I asked to speak to her. I was told she was "in a meeting". I asked for her e-mail address so I could e-mail her and get the communication started. Maria gave me two wrong spellings of Angela's last name. Which is part of her e-mail address. So my two e-mails were returned to me as "undeliverable". Each time I called a Maria back trying to get the proper information. Maria is a nasty, rude, LIAR. It was like pulling teeth to get a simple e-mail address out of her. After the third phone call I asked for her area managers name and phone number. Maria said that she had no idea who that was or if there was even one. So, I asked for the corporate office phone number. Maria in her snotty, unhelpful voice and attitude said I should look it up online! So, that's what I did! I continued to send Angela Gonzalez e-mails throughout the day. Of course no reply was ever made. I put an inquiry in on the corporate website and called a different Matrix Medical office to find out who the area manager was and get her phone e-mail or phone number. The information was provided to me by the lady who answered the phone. So, I e-mailed her and waited for her reply. She promptly replied and said she would help me and "take care" of the way/situation that brought me to her. Her name is Debra and she is quite excellent. The very next day she e-mailed me and told me that I could call the office and get my training/orientation set up for my CPAP machine. I was OVER the moon happy! Before I could make that call my phone rang and it was Casey the trainer calling to get me set up for training/orientation. I set my appt. for the next evening (Friday) at 5pm. I arrived at the office at 4:50 pm and was let in the building by "Maria". The nasty, rude receptionist. I introduced myself to Maria and thanked her for opening the door (the front door was locked). Not one word did she say to me. No nice to meet you, I'm sorry about the other day, NOTHING. But, she did sit at her desk and complain that it was raining out. Leaving the phone unanswered to gossip about the new cleaning crew with other staff members. Outrageous! I sat in the waiting room and just observed. Then I heard someone yell out of the back "Angela, I'm leaving, have a nice weekend". Guess who appears out of an office 20 feet from me? ANGELA GONZALEZ the "office manager". Gossiping herself about the new cleaning crew and there lack of service. I looked right at her and smiled. NOT ONE WORD did she say to me. Nothing, she didn't even acknowledge me. NOW RUDE! After all she put me through for two days... nothing?!? No "I'm sorry" absolutely nothing. As I was walking back to the training room again she walked right past me. She didn't even look at me. She is an absolute DISGRACE to not only herself with her low level behavior but to Matrix Medical as well. This "women" is who they have employed to be the "office manager"? She was even dressed unprofessionally. Jeans and a T-Shirt with flip flops. I'd think that as a "office manager" you'd be dressed professionally. You would want to exemplify an example of professionalism to your staff and the customers coming in and out of the office all day. I guess these are all the reasons the reviews are so bad for Adapt Health /Matrix Medical. Personally I'm writing up my story in detail and sending it to the office manager of my doctors office so they are aware of what and to whom they are referring their patients too! If you are reading this and thinking of referring to this company- STOP! Please consider the lack of customer service, rudeness and unprofessionalism that not only I experienced but the countless other people who have also posted negative reviews online about this office. It's rotten from the top at the Drane Field Road office. If you are a potential employer, perhaps in the future reading this for ANGELA GONZALEZ "office Manager"- PLEASE do not hire this women! Please do not subject your clients to what I experienced at her hands. And Maria- although I don't know her last name is just as bad. She lied to me all day for two days, making excuses for ANGELA GONZALEZ as to why she couldn't take my phone calls for two days! No honor, no self respect or level of honesty!
