This isn't the first time that I've had issues with Rotech and not receiving bills. Their billing department is HORRID!! I returned a phone call after receiving a voicemail and I spoke with Janet J. and I let her know that. Not only was it very difficult to understand anything she said and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she wouldn't let me finish speaking before interrupting me! I provided my name and verified all of my information only to be told that she didn't have access to my account due to the restrictions that she had and would have someone call me back in 24 hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated that she would have to submit a request and schedule a phone call back to me for that also within 24 hours. How do you expect customers to return your calls and be able to ask questions and take care of bills when representatives don't have access to our account. read more

I despise these people! Constant robo calls during dinner, weekends, trying to sell supplies. Billing is a nightmare. I still get text messages at all hours saying I owe $5.14. They have even threatened me with collections. Talked to them in June 2024 and again October 2024 and BOTH times account balance is zero. But still get the damn texts. Huge PIA! Horrible customer service. I tried to order supplies for my CPAP machine, and apparently my account was frozen. so the order never arrived, but I never received any notification of the problem. I have spoken to at least 7 different people there and am still waiting for the situation to be resolved . Stay away from this company. Rip off people. They drop off stuffs that you don't need it. If you ask them to return they give excuses of Doctors orders. But docs order 1 equipment,they will bring 15 equipment. They' Force you to keep the equipment, so that they can bill the insurance company . I used Rotech for my oxygen supply needs. I read reviews and like other medial supply places, Rotech's reviews were not any better or worse. So everything being equal, I went with them. They were very nice during the initial interview. But once they had my business they were were rude treating me like trash. Employees would interrupt me on the phone, quote me rules that did not apply, and argue with me concerning how many oxygen canisters I was allowed. I was miserable and hated calling them. Do you know when things changed? When I discontinued services with them! Then I received phone calls from them and everybody was soooooo nice. But it was too late for them, I already implemented an alternate plan. read more

BEWARE!!!! This company will bill you in advance of claims being submitted to your insurance company. The bill will indicate your balance AFTER insurance payment. In my case, my out of pocket maximum had been met for 2020, before services were rendered. I advised Rotech of this. Each bill I received was disputed. Today, I received a 4th billing statement. This statement indicated I was considerably past due. The statement also threatened termination of services and/or pickup of equipment. Furthermore, I was threatened with the account being turned over to collections. All the billing statements were incorrect, but no one wanted to address. Today, I called the toll-free number on the satement and requested to speak to a billing manager. The representative hung up. I called the local number and requested to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a CSR, who advised I should have requested to speak with a manager. She proceeded to provide the same number printed on the billing statement. She did advise that my account showed a zero balance. This took nearly 3 months to resolve, if it has been resolved. This company has questionable billing practices. I wonder how long it would have taken to get a refund had I paid this bill. If you deal with this provider, check your billing closely and match to your Explanation of Benefits from your health insurer. Otherwise, you could pay an incorrect bill and fight to get a refund. From my experience, I think you would fight for a long time to get a refund. Do not provide a credit card or debit card to this company. They will bill you in advance. read more
