I have been using CPAP.Com for many years and have consistently had excellent experiences. Most recently I needed help because my provider hadn't properly signed my prescription. I spoke to both Crystal and Betty. Both were very helpful, friendly, and patient. Both knew what they were doing and followed through. It is rare these days to get support from a company that isn't just about reading a script and saying "I understand that fill-in-my-original-question" and then not actually helping at all. I placed an online order with CPAP.com on July 30th. As of Tues Aug 8th, it still hasn't shipped. They never attempted to contact me to explain the delay. They needed a prescription approved before shipping the items I requested! Hey! How about calling the customer to say "we're having an issue and needed to inform you, etc". Ordered mask and chin straps from cpap.cpm. Great service and helpful phone agent. Canadian shipping is absurd. I am still waiting for my supplies after almost 2 weeks. According to tracker, they are sitting in a warehouse in Houston TX. Called and was informed it mught be another week before the products are shipped to Canada. Then Canada Post will take at least another five days to get the products to me. Have you never heard of FedEx, UPS, DHL? I'd be willing to pay the cost for these. CPAP deals with Landmark Global. I purchased a new mask by Philips after 2 weeks of use the clips holding the velcro started falling off. I lost one during my sleep. I called cpap.com and they said they had none in stock and would not be getting any more of these clips. She told me there is nothing she could do. Mary was very nice in helping me and acknowledged, and apologized, for the mistakes that were made by others who took my orders. TWICE I ordered M nose cushions, paid expedited shipping, and TWICE I was sent SMALLS. Same mistake twice! I paid expedited shipping twice. Mary told me she would refund it but did not. I'm finding people on the phone are very nice and helpful but , inaccurate. I will need to call back again. The woman I just spoke to (6/15/23 3:27) was the first rude person I have spoken with but eventually after some pushing and explaining twice that the error in sending me smalls was their part, finally agreed to returning the shipping charge. I have spent hours sorting these errors out. Mary was also very knowledgeable about the running of the machine. I appreciated her patience. The CPAP phone was out all yesterday so I used the live chat which was absolutely terribly in trying to manage the mistakes. No warranty support! I purchased a Philips Respironics Dreamstation Go for use in traveling from CPAP.com because I thought it was a good deal. From the beginning it did not seem to function right, waking me in the night with constant blowing. I thought it might be caused by an apnea incident, but after talking with my provider and reviewing the machine configuration, it was determined that the machine was defective. I tried to contact CPAP.com and they did not reply to my email. I tried calling, but a representative never came on the line. I tried live chatting during business hours, but it just presented another form to send a message. No response. I spoke with Philips Respironics, and they confirmed it was a warranty issue but as it is a medical device they can't exchange it with me directly. They gave me a phone number for CPAP.com but the voicebox was full. Be warned that even if it seems like a good deal, CPAP.com does not offer warranty support. It looks like I am now out $700 and have a defective machine for which I also bought a $300 battery. read more

I have ordered from CPAP.com in the past without a hitch... except their order fulfillment is pretty slow. Order on Tuesday, your item gets picked on Wednesday, then shipped on Thursday for free shipping to arrive on Friday. It's Saturday and my order to be delivered by FedEx still hasn't arrived, probably because CPAP.com doesn't use (or pay for) the weekend delivery option. I have also ordered from CPAPEXCHANGE.com and they have free, NEXT DAY shipping for the same price. If you don't care when your stuff arrives, CPAP.com is fine as it will get to you eventually. If you would like your items to arrive in the same week, look somewhere else. read more

I've ordered supplies and masks from cpap.com in the past with good results, so when I needed to order a new CPAP machine quickly I called them first. They advertised 15% off order of $150 or more if you subscribed to their email list. I was disappointed to find out the code did not work. After posting a review, Crystal replied to me and pointed out the small print that said it did not apply to any CPAP machine. I'll keep the code in my pocket for when I need $150 of supplies, and hope it still works. read more

What Warranty? I'm not sure if it's the entire CPAP industry or just this company, but Good Luck if you ever have a problem with your CPAP machine that cost you hundreds of dollars. I called today due to a horrible whistling noise inside the machine; not it's not the tube, the mask, or the filter; I replaced them all. There choice for warranty is to ship the item and it will take 4 to 6 weeks for them to look at it. Doesn't seem like they realize that this is a medical problem, and if I am without it, I start having health issues; like falling asleep at the wheel. I can't afford to buy another one. Don't believe there warranty, unless you can go without your machine for a month or more. I'm going to start researching now and see if it's every company and manufacture of these devices. Funny how other electronic companies can ship a replacement and you ship them the old one back. Worst Warranty Ever! JW read more

Organization or Customer Service is definitely not their strong point!! I tried to order a Cpap over a month ago. When I got to the field to put in the Drs name in for the Rx, his name wouldn't come up. Even though he's been in practice 30 years. But no problem, I decide to use their chat button to find out how to proceed. No response, I try the chat button and emails several more times over the next 10 days. Not a single reply. I finally order form another company. Then cpap.com starts sending me email reminders that I need to give them the Rx. Yes, I know! I've been trying but you don't respond, and your website does not populate my Drs name.!!! I contact them again twice more to say I've already purchased from another company, so no need to wait for my Rx. Still no response. So today, a cpap was delivered even though they have no Rx and never responded to over 10 attempts to reach them. I went on their website to get a Return Label and low and behold that doesn't work either. I call them and the rep says ok Ill email you the return label. And never once asks 'why are you returning'? Quite glad I didn't order from them. That much disorganization cant be good if problems arise with the product! read more

Following onto my previous review. I finally got approval to return my item (bedside shelf) that did not work with our bed frame. I confirmed that the item was received by them, and waited for the refund. After a week and a half, I contacted them to inquire. I was then told that refunds take 4 to 6 weeks to process - unbelievable! So, take their return policy with a grain of salt - and patience. Website is horrible. Can't sort products by average review. Enter a 10% promo code, it erases the 20% code you entered (with no warning). Keeps throwing up invitations to get a promo code even after one is entered. Sign up for emails, it still invites you to sign up on the Shipping page. None of the add-ons are linked to more info about why I might want it and my alternative/consequences if I don't buy it. (None of the products I'm actually ordering are linked, either.) No option to buy a mask on checkout (or even a warning that it's not included). On the Payment page, the tab order is wrong. Phone # listed for my physician is wrong (because their database is old), and stupidly, there is no Comment field so I could report that to CPAP.com in my order. Sure enough, when staff can't contact my physician (because they're not smart enough to use Google to get the new phone #), they notify me, and I provide the correct phone #, pointing out the lack of a Comment box on the checkout form. I informed them multiple times, I think they never took action, I think that what got the order unstuck was my having to unnecessarily ask my physician's office to contact CPAP.com since they didn't want to take ownership. Even so, it still took a while: Days after my doc sent the prescription, there's no updated shipping status from CPAP.com. "Loading Shipping Options" on checkout is glacial. Took a solid minute. An hour after I've already checked out, I get an email message telling me they saved my cart so I can check out. They continue to send those bogus messages. Signed up for an account using the same email address I used to place an order, but it shows no orders. Compare feature for masks shows NO DIFFERENCES between the two I selected, and only a whopping two (!) data points for each mask. read more

I have used CPAP.com for over 10 years and purchased two cpap machines from them in the past and purchased the odd consumable (masks etc.) along the way. I find for the most part they are very competitive on their machine pricing but I find them a little less competitive than their on-line competitors on the consumable side. I often can find masks better prices by lets say 15%-20% less. I've found their call center personnel to be knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Shipping times are good. read more

I have been using CPAP.COM for over 10 years. They used to be the best at customer service. They were quick and things were sent out right away. But in this last order, something was not right. They seem to transitioning to a new website format as I wrote them twice with questions but no one got back to me. My past history on what I had ordered before was gone as well as my prescription on file. So finally I had to call today and spoke with Empress, the customer service person. Empress was very good, patient, and apologetic for the lack of service to my two previous messages to cpap.com. She was very helpful and made up a lot for the original frustration of not hearing back from cpap.com. She explained they were in transition. But I am not sure why the transition would affect getting back to customers. Anyway, Empress was great and she helped me solve my two issues. Apparently, the old information has not been moved to the new website. But I still think they should have gotten back to my questions on their message system. So I would give Empress a 5 but give the overall CPAP.com new website a 2. Hopefully, they will up their customer service in the future. We will see... read more

So I gave them credit card info and was told they wouldn't charge me until it shipped. Wrong they charged me right away, they said it was just a hold on my card. I had some questions and concerns about ordering a different CPAP mask. Customer service helped me by ordering with her and she also assured me that a 30 day return is possible. I was disappointed that she informed me that replacement parts for my present mask couldn't be returned since their order date was more than 30 days ago. However, now I know to not keep a mask which isn't working for me. Everything was handled professionally today and I look forward to using the new mask.
