This place does not even deserve 1 star. My boyfriend and I went to get our screens replaced on our…read morephones. First of all, the price was different than what we were first told. Second, they had said it would be done by 8pm and only 1 phone was finished. Then we were told we had to come back the next day at 11. My boyfriend came to pick his phone up and it was still not finished. Finally, even with all of the inconveniences, they refused to discount the price for the repair. I recommend going elsewhere. Terrible customer service and false advertising. I will never return to this establishment.

When I arrived, i was greeted by a woman. She then walked me through how it works, and ran several diagnostics on my phone. I asked what time it would be done, she said it would not take long at all. I mentioned that i needed it by 2PM, she said it would be by noon. It was about 945 when i left them to replace the screen. Day goes on...... Its 205p and I arrive at SuperCru. There is a large gentleman helping another customer. He greeted me and told me he would be right with me. The woman that helped me in the morning was coming from the backroom, saw-me, and immediately walked up to the other employee and whispered to him. Then went right back into an office and closed the door. The male employee then said my phone was not complete, and i needed to wait another 30-45 minutes. At this point i asked why the original quoted time was not met. I was told its because they have other customers. (Understood). I have a schedule to adhere to, so i said it was unacceptable. By this time, im annoyed. He states that they are "Almost" finished with it......... 10 minutes later, still working on it. At this point my schedule is screwed. I then asked for my phone back. He didn't want to give it to me. Then i said again that i wanted my phone back, in any condition and that id go to a real apple store. He went into the back and got my phone. I walked out and will never return to that business. Note, my screen was not replaced. IT was not warmed (in order to remove the screen) - THEY FORGOT TO WORK ON MY PHONE! Horrible customer service. I left several voicemails and called multiple times. So I was left with no desktop and no recovered data!!!

My laptop has this wonderful trait of only charging when I hold the power cord at a certain angle…read more Don't breathe, don't move, don't speak, and it'll charge just fine. I finally got tired of treating my laptop like something out of Jurassic Park, so I decided to have a professional take a look. It took the gentleman at the counter about two minutes to figure out what was wrong with my computer, explain it to me, and get a solution started! Turns out I need an original Toshiba charger, and they could order one for me right then. (Don't buy replacement chargers, it's not worth it!) I can finally use my laptop like a regular person, and it charges great. They were friendly, fast and solved my problem perfectly!
