Unbelievable service! I was sent to this store from a sister store just 3 miles away because the other store didn't have the exact part in stock. The owner of the other store called this store and explained to them that they were sending me down and what needed to be done to fix my iPhone charging port problem. I paid at the other store and drove the short distance. When i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and was told it would be about an hour. I was so pleased! I went and sat in my car and jammed some music. Then I looked over and one of their signs said 'repair speakers' it dawned on me that I could barely hear when speaking on the phone. I immediately jumped up and ran in. He was still working on the port and I asked him if he could look at the speakers. He said no problem. When it was all done, he said the speakers were just dirty and that he cleaned them for me. He even had me call his phone so I could hear the sound quality. It was amazing! I could hear the other person talking without putting my phone on speaker phone! So now other people won't be listening when I try to have a private conversation with someone. I had my girlfriend's iPhone 14 Pro Max's back screen replaced after being shattered but still intact under the case. The employee replaced the back screen and we bought a new case after being told it was a strong case that would likely keep the phone from breaking again. We noticed upon getting home there were a few bubbles and small scratches under the new back glass. After just a few days after dropping the phone from maybe 2 feet due to the plastic of the new case being very slick almost slippery material the back glass shattered again much worse than the initial break(chunks of glass falling off phone). We brought the phone back hoping to have the new broken glass replaced after explaining the bubbles/scratches/ and how horrible the new case was. He offered a $20 discount after admitting he scratched the phone and me explaining the air bubbles that were left under the glass. I feel more should have been done since the replacement job was obviously botched in the first place. read more

I went in to get my iPhone screen replaced because it was cracked. I chose the store because they gave the cheapest quote, which I appreciated. The vibe in the store was kind off, with the two employees bickering about how to get the computer started. Not great customer service, but that wasn't too big of a deal. My main issue is that the screen replacement is very low quality. When the phone brightness is turned down low, the screen has a visible texture of horizontal lines and the colors are off. I also am now having issues with the 3D Touch feature in the bottom corners of my screen. They were cheap and quick, but the small savings wasn't at all worth the decrease in phone screen quality. read more

I shattered the back of my iPhone 11 and took it in to have it replaced. I had an existing crack on the front screen right corner but opted to leave it as it was not invasive. The day after I picked up the phone the new back started to peal off. Went back in and a different employee fixed it. However, now there is an additional crack as well as many scratches on my screen. Would not honor my coupon, and rude to boot. I came into the store after asking for quotes on a battery fix for my iPod. They quoted $40 and I was psyched, cuz there was a $10 for $20 deal! Being very low on funds myself, what a blessing. I even mentioned in the email that I wanted to use this coupon, and received no response. I showed up today, and when I walked in no one greeted me. Just one guy listening to music who looked genuinely annoyed to have to turn it off, pull up his mask, and deal with me. I told him why I was there, but when I said I'd bought the coupon, he said "Oh nah we can't honor that, it has to be at LEAST $40" (after the coupon, presumably). Uh????? It didn't say that anywhere. Anywhere! It's an arbitrary decision based on them not thinking they're making enough profit. He basically tells me there's nothing he can do, and that I'll have to go through Yelp for a refund. No apology. I ask him to call the manager, and he does. I said if I can't at least get a refund, I'm gonna leave a bad Yelp review because what the heck? You stole $10 and my time from me. The estimate they sent was so efficient. Included all the info needed, no back and forth. The gentleman was so polite and fast. It took about 20min for an iPhone screen replacement. I had already checked out when I realized they sold screen protectors too so he apologized for not asking and threw it in at no charge. The only criticism I have that isn't a business issue is that the screen looks very slightly different from the original in colors but my eyes adjusted and it looks normal now so may be user issue. Dropped my iPhone X on its upper right corner last night and even though the screen wasn't cracked, there were vertical green/white lines running through the right side of the screen. I contacted Phoenix iPhone Repairs and within 10 minutes I had a reasonable quote from David for a new screen. I choose to get the Apple OEM screen versus the aftermarket screen even though it was a little more expensive - from my research, sometimes the aftermarket screen can have a slight colored tint to it and since I edit many photos on my phone in Lightroom, I didn't want to take any chances. It took 30 minutes to fix my phone and they did a great job - my phone looks brand new! Also, choosing this local business saved me from having to sit around the Apple store for hours today.. I'm updating this review because this place left me out of approximately 120 dollars and with a bricked iPhone with years of memories on it. I got my phone repaired here 9mos ago as shown. I want to say maybe 3 weeks after getting it repaired when my phone was dropped. I pick up the phone to see the "repaired" screen lifted and a home button completely popped off. My phone was constantly restarting and would not turn back on. I was infuriated. How could this happen? I went to the shop and informed the agent that after one drop the phone is now completely ruined. How could a home button just pop off after a drop? I was told I would not be able to get a refund because it appears the phone was dropped and I would have to speak with the shop owner to approve a refund. I honestly didn't feel like I needed to jump through hoops to get a refund on this. My phone was bricked because of their half-butted work. I did not talk to the owner bc I was infuriated. I honestly should have, but I was just sad and felt defeated. I trusted these people with my phone to do a quality job and I did not receive that. I ended up just purchasing a whole new iPhone 8(I had an iPhone 7 Plus repaired here) and ended up purchasing apple care for my phone. If you crack your iPhone they'll apple will repair it for only $29 dollars at an apple store. I honestly learned a lesson here. I will NEVER come here or to any third party repair shop. If you own an iPhone, get apple care or do your research to find another store because this place is shanty as flip. EDIT: After reading the reviews here there are approximately 2 other people who experienced what I did. Crappy work with zero quality. 1 review had the exact same thing happen to them as what happen to me with the home button just popping off. Sure this place has A LOT of positive reviews, but DO NOT let that sway your judgment in coming here. Please read the low rating reviews because that's exactly what you'll get here. read more

Good business: quick service, appeared to be quite honest, and pricing seemed okay. My fiance ended up breaking her charger off into her iPad mini. The Apple store told her there was nothing she could do and that she would have to buy another one. Knowing this was ridiculous she asked me to take a look at it. After failing at all the online tips, I decided to seek professional help. I first called uBreakiFix on Camelback and they seemed helpful so I drove over there. They told me if they could get it out it would be only around $15, but that they wouldn't take it apart because they didn't have the right tool to do the soldering needed to replace the charging point (which is strange because they have this service listed on their website for $90). I drove down, they took a look, and said they couldn't help or get it out. Phoenix iPhone Repairs is up the street so I headed there. They informed me they could probably get it out for $50, and that if they had to take it apart to change out the charging port, they would do it for the $120 listed on the website. 3 hours later they had the charger tip out for the $50 and no additional work was needed. They did not try to up-sell on the whole charger replacement, and did not force me to open the iPad and void my warranty for more revenue. I appreciate the service and will return if I need to. read more

Did a mail-in repair from California and I was skeptical at first, but after doing further research this was one of the few online stores that had a store front. Prices were better than most places here. I sent it out via USPS within a couple days it was back in pristine condition! They even fixed the corners of my ipad. Would recommend this place for repairs! Great customer service and fast service. The only down side was that they forgot to include my full address with an apt number, but the mailman was able to get a hold of our apartment manager and was able to deliver it!
