I would give them 5 stars, but the price is so high, BUT with the miracles that they work, it was honestly worth it. I shattered my smartphone screen and brought it in after being told by the phone store that it would need to be replaced. I was quoted around $400 but I could pick the phone up the same day. Within 3 hours my phone was fixed, and it has been working beautifully ever since. Is the price high? Yes, but it is either $400 now or $800 for a new phone, and it was fixed the same day. I'm sure they do a great time most of the time but I had a terrible experience. 12/7 - I came in and ordered a new battery for my phone. I even paid the extra $30 to have it overnighted. 12/8 - I tried coming in but the store was closed due to some snow. Coming from Denver, a few inches was comical. 12/9 - I came in again and the staff informed me that they did receive some packages that day but my battery was not in there. They blamed it on the shipping company and the snow, however, if it was overnighted on the 7th I would imagine it would show up with all of the other packages on the 9th. 12/13 - I show up again expecting for the battery to be there after another 4 days. The staff is looking for the battery and trying to contact the shipping company and the tracking order, however, it is nowhere to be found. The staff finally informs me that the person who was supposed to order it on the 7th actually never placed the order. What a waste of my time. read more

Went in to get phone repaired - they couldn't do it then as they needed to order the part. That's fine and understandable. Placed a work-order for three days later (day after part scheduled to arrive) and am given assurance there will be no problems. Return on scheduled day - part is there - BUT they inform me they won't do the scheduled work until Monday. So...they take my info & schedule me then refuse to honor the work-order. Horrible business practice. If they refuse to honor something that simple and straightforward then I doubt they would honor anything else. I am confident some other shop would be glad to trade services for my money without shenanigans. read more

I had my first experience with In & Out today. I had a loose connection when charging, so getting a full charge was a rare occurrence. I went in expecting to replace something, plus the fee that comes with it. Brad, at the Railroad Ave. location, stepped in the back for about 45 seconds, returning with a fully functioning phone.
