The day after, I found out they sell "genuine" Apple product parts that aren't actually bought through Apple (yes, I was verbally told this), which means they aren't truly genuine. I contacted Apple while sitting in iSupply to confirm, and Apple told me the parts are most likely not genuine if they're not clearing the second screen. I cannot authenticate the camera or screen now because they cracked my original screen during the camera repair and replaced it without letting me know, so my screen isn't authentic either, which I find unacceptable considering I only came in for a camera replacement due to a busted camera lens. Now my screen has this washed out look to it, and it can't even handle the blacks of the screen correctly as it shimmers, and it gives me a headache looking at it. If you're going in for a repair, be aware: you cannot authenticate, which means no proper calibration and a lower overall phone value. That is my warning to anyone coming here for an Apple repair. Just go to Apple and get your stuff properly certified. Yes, I am irritated, but I am fair. The workers are cool; the experience sucked. Do not claim to sell "genuine" Apple parts if they can't even clear the authentication process. Now I have a permanent pop-up in my settings asking me to authenticate, which I can't do since the parts aren't real. One last thing: it's cool that the owner offered to replace my screen for free again, but it's pointless if the parts aren't real because I still can't authenticate, so I'll leave it at a one-star and move on, looking at my screen as a constant reminder not to go to third-party repair shops. Hope the $230 was worth it to lose a future customer. Don't break people's products and replace them with cheaper, low-quality parts and call it a day.

She has beautiful brick floors that are not very forgiving to dropped electronics. I was hoping when I bent down to pick it up it wouldn't be, but it was, in fact, shattered. Sob. It was still functional but difficult to read anything on and I was a little worried about getting glass in my fingers. My battery has also been acting up. I'll have 60 percent battery life and then 10 minutes later it'll say 1 percent battery life left and die. WTF? I walked in to iFix Plus and the nice man working there assured me he could fix it and change the battery. In an hour. For $120. Sweet! When I returned to pick it up he informed me the white replacement screen that he had wasn't working on my phone and wanted to know if it was ok to switch it with a black one. I really like my white screen so I said I'd prefer for it to stay that color if possible. He said he could do that, but it would take him another few hours. Sigh. iFix Plus also sells cases, screen protectors and chargers for all devices, not just iPhones. All in all I was really happy with the price, quality and service here and I'd recommend them if you're in need of repairs or accessories for your phone.

The store was clean and modern, the staff was friendly, and the iPhone cracked screen repair was…read moredone the same day. BUT....there was a critical problem with the process. They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware.
