So a friend told me about this cell phone repair shop. He says because of the service, he only comes here to buy whatever he needs instead of going to walmart. So of course I had to come here when grandma's charging port wasn't working. So this gentleman comes out, greets me, and asks me what he can help me with. I told him and he said he would take a look and see what the problem was. He took the phone into the back for about five minutes. It gave me time to look around the shop and see all the interesting cell phone and accessories they had available. And the prices were not bad either. Which explains why my friend continues to come here. The gentleman returned with grandma's phone and told me that the charging port had some metal pieces in it, and that he removed them and it's charging now. But when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge for cleaning the phone. I've have yet to visit a cell phone repair shop that didn't charge me for something. This is a first for me. I called ahead they told me to come in any time and I didn't need an appointment. It was an Assurant claim to fix the phone screen. The guy at the counter was very rude. I told him I had a claim number. He said I needed to make an appointment. I told him I called and they said I could just walk in. He said that's fine you still need to make an appointment. Very confusing and very poor communication. You need to make an appointment even if you're a walk-in. Could have been explained in simple terms. He needs customer service training. I'm only giving 2 stars because I made the appt in the store and he said it would be an hour. read more

I brought in an Apple TV remote that was broken, and a previous generation that was fine. I asked if they could swap the touchpad from the bad remote to the good, and worst case I still had two remotes I couldn't use. They said they didn't normally work on them, but they'd try and see if they could fix it. They got the parts swapped over, and the price was a lot less than a new or used remote. Got my girlfriends back glass replaced on her iPhone 12 Pro on 09/30/23. We brought it in at 12 pm on 09/29/23 and were told it would take less than 6 hours to replace. It wasn't done until approximately 1 pm the next day. 2 days after replacement we noticed the back glass was already broken yet again, even though it had been kept in the case the whole time. We then tried to contact the store and got the voicemail even though their hours showed they were still open. In person we were told damage is not covered by their warranty and would have to pay yet again to get the back glass replaced. The manager on duty stated the same thing, I would not recommend coming to this store for your phone repair or any repair needs as it seems they use cheap knockoff replacements that will break in a matter of a few days and will not fix their own mistakes. read more

Replacing it at my carrier's store was the option that I considered first, but the amount I would get for turning in the two year old model was negligible compared to the amount that the newest model of my phone plus a data storage subscription plus a new case (gotta have these) ... etc. I had to repair my phone, replacing was going to cost too much. Brought my iPhone 12 in here to get my screen replaced. After they replaced it I took it home to start using again and immediately realized it was 5x slower than normal. Turns out they don't use OEM Apple products even though they charge 250$ for a replacement... Don't go here unless you want your phone to be basically unusable. Already ordered a replacement after a week of getting my screen replaced. My phone is now non responsive because of this. They definitely won't give me my money back either so I'm not even going to bother going in to talk to these people about it. I took in a cracked iPhone 5 that my son wanted to buy for his birthday, and Marshal took me at 6:55 (5 mins before closing) and fixed it even though it made him stay after hours. It MADE his birthday to have it on his birthday morning in spite of his mother's procrastination! I also left an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen and LCD, which I didn't know could be fixed, and he fixed it in less than 24 hours. We also bought a tempered glass screen protector too. Very fair prices and good discounts on extra products!!! Then I left another iPhone 5 of my daughter's that has a bent frame for them to repair. On April 16 I had my iPhone repaired at CPR Rogers. When I got the phone back the camera and flashlight were not working. I called them, and they said I should bring it back in. Because I was visiting on a mountain biking trip I waited until my return to Atlanta to have it looked at. They repaired it quickly, and said the CPR repair had damaged the camera, and wrote a statement to that effect. Despite several email and phone contacts, CPR has failed to respond to my concern and request for a reimbursement of the repair in Atlanta. read more

the WORST experience of my life, ever, seriously. not sure that this will all fit in a box, or a paragraph, but , i'll try. I brought my phone in here last Thursday, just to get the speakers cleaned out because they had some dust in them, very minor issue. I was in & out in 5 minutes, seemed pretty painless. I got home, made some phone calls, & realized no one could hear me while my phone was on speaker. So, I went back up there to see what the problem might be. The guy told me that it would be the next day before they could get the part in to fix it, so I said that was okay & left. The next day, I called & talked to a girl on the phone, who was pretty rude, & she told me they got in a part for an iPhone XR? I have an iPhone 11. She went on to tell me that I needed to check in my settings to see what phone I had, because in their system it said XR. I know what phone I have, I'm not clueless. She then put me on hold & then when she came back after a long hold, she told me my part was in & ready to be installed. So, figuring they found the part for my IPHONE 11 I went back up there to have them fix it. They said it would be an hour. It took 4 hours. When I finally got my phone back 2 minutes before they closed, the problem with my speaker was decently, at best, fixed. I hadn't even walked out the door yet before my phone started to shut itself off & back on, continuously every 5 minutes. I told the guy, Kyle, that it was doing that, so he proceeded to take my phone back for another 20 minutes, just to bring it back to me & tell me he can't get it to duplicate the problem, & then it happened to me IMMEDIATELY as he handed it back to me. I'm furious at this point. My phone is BROKEN when i brought it in to GET THE SPEAKERS CLEANED OUT! So, moral of the story, I will NEVER be back to ANY CPR locations, & I will do my best to make sure NO ONE I know ever goes there again. Worst customer service & worst phone repair experience of my life. I seriously can not believe I brought my phone in with absolutely no issues just for it to be completely broken to the point i have to go buy a whole new phone afterwards. Absolutely ridiculous. Saturday, 1/20 I get a screen replaced on an IPhone 6S Plus. By Saturday evening I notice a crack, Sunday evening its cracked across the screen, Monday its cracked three ways. Hasn't been anywhere but on the charger, not dropped or stressed. Tuesday morning, 'Sorry No warranty on physical damage' Was stressed either on install, or re install to the otterbox case. By THEIR TECHNICIAN. 'Sorry, no warranty' but we'll do it for $89.00...after I've dropped $120! Wouldn't even consider doing it for their cost. This isn't right! Lousy customer service with a smile. Absolutely first class team. They replaced my iPhone 6 screen and I went with black vs white because that's all they had in stock at the time. I immediately realized I hated it and wanted white - they said no problem and called when white was in stock and replaced for free. About a month later something odd was going on with camera, brought it back thinking they likely wouldn't help. And they were once again sooo nice and helpful. Absolutely amazing. I went in with an android that was having some issues with turning off and not turning back on. He told me it was the battery. I bought a new battery, still had issues. Took it back and they ran a diagnostic. He did not call me back, I had to call him. He told me the issues "may" be due to a tiny crack in screen which would be $250 to fix, or "may" be software which he couldn't fix, but he really had no idea. Sounds like he wanted my 250, regardless of whether it fixed my phone or not. Taking it somewhere else. read more

I took my S2 in for a new charge port and after 4 trips and a month later just asked for a refund. Ordered the wrong part the first time, second time the wrong part was ordered, third time still wrong part. Fourth time after telling me it would be ready in 2 hours I go back and it's still not fixed and get some story about how there's no guarantee it would work. read more

Absolutely horrible place. Beware! There's a "clause" that they can break your phone more and not be responsible for it. Brought my broken screen to be replaced. Even though the screen was broken the home button worked fine. When we picked it up the phone the home button no longer worked. They ordered a new screen because they said that was the issue?? They replaced the screen again and the home button still did not work. They then told me that it needed to be completely refreshed due to the screen being replaced as it could be a software glitch. I went home and did the full refresh which did nothing. The rep told me at this point that it happens sometimes and either they can order me a new home button which means I will no longer have the fingerprint ability (apparently an issue with the new iPhones) as it will no longer work with a new home button or basically I could just live with not having a home button. Interesting enough the fingerprint scanner still works but the home button does not. I said this was unacceptable and that they would need to replace my phone to which they stated there was a "clause" in what we signed (which is a digital signature reader with no screen!) that they are not responsible if they break it more. I explained that all he told us the signature was for was to allow them to open our phone. To which he responded we have the rules laminated on a piece of paper on the counter which they never showed us but was apparently what we were signing. I asked to speak to the manager who doesn't work weekends and left my name and number to be called as I was going out of town. They never called. I returned the following weekend to call again asking why I was never contacted to which he said he remembers me and he would take another message?? Really?? I understand you are very needing when your screen breaks and may be willing to take this risk but the lack of upfront communication, the bs reasons the phone was acting up, the lack of customer service and overall fact they can break your phone at no risk to them is ridiculous. Even if the "clause" is normal at all screen repair businesses I highly implore you to not use this establishment based on there horrible business etiquette. read more

I went in a few weeks ago to get tempered glass put on my iPhone 6 and Marshal was very quick to get it put on for me. Only to come find out I would be back because I broke the glass. Marshal again with no hesitation was quick to help me, as I was in there I mentioned that my computer needed to be updated and I had no idea how to do. He then offered to help me with that as well!. I got my computer back today and couldn't be happier with the service that has been provided for me by Marshal all of the times I have gone in there. Went in due to water damage and they had to replace LCD screen paid $205 for my phone not to work correctly and they pretty much wash their hands with you if you have any issues. The speaker doesn't work nor does the vibrate mode or the ear piece jack, the LCD screen flickers and they said they can't do anything about it but they can take your money and offer no refunds or anything. I will never refer anyone to this place and I would recommend that if you're considering using them check out another phone repair company! read more
