Before I post my concern, I would like to say that, I believe that UbreakiFix at this location has…read morenice employees, and I have not had a rude encounter by anyone, but I experienced an issue that has left me with frustration and confusion. I brought in my laptop to have UbreakiFix repair a broken hinge on my laptop that controls the device opening and closing. Which cost $250. The service was done, and I am so grateful for that. However, having my laptop returned I immediately noticed that the sound on my laptop would turn on and off. I brought it back to UbreakiFix, and I was told to restart my computer. This did not work, so I brought it back, and I was told that my speakers were going out, and I would have to pay another $100-200 to have it fixed. Now that I have sat 2 weeks with my laptop in this condition, I discovered on the device that my Bluetooth is completely wiped out from my device. This was definitely NOT an issue prior to bringing my laptop in or else I would have paid $250 to have the Bluetooth issue repaired. I've tried to install bluetooth, run test on my laptop, and nothing is bringing it back. Test are showing that my speakers are working fine. Hence, why I am confused. I am currently in school, and I cannot listen to lecture videos, zoom calls, or anything! I am utterly frustrated at the fact that I would have to come out of pocket again for an issue that I did not cause. I am now having to find my own way of getting Bluetooth back on the device because I am afraid to take my laptop anywhere else, and I cannot afford a new laptop, hence why I took into UbreakiFix. My hope is that UbreakiFix can come up with a better solution to help their paying customers or simply be honest when a mistake was made on their end. Thank you.

So of course I had to come here when grandma's charging port wasn't working. So this gentleman comes out, greets me, and asks me what he can help me with. I told him and he said he would take a look and see what the problem was. He took the phone into the back for about five minutes. It gave me time to look around the shop and see all the interesting cell phone and accessories they had available. And the prices were not bad either. Which explains why my friend continues to come here. The gentleman returned with grandma's phone and told me that the charging port had some metal pieces in it, and that he removed them and it's charging now. But when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge for cleaning the phone. I've have yet to visit a cell phone repair shop that didn't charge me for something. This is a first for me.
