*Update* 03/27/2025 Still missing original drive with all my data. -- Business has not offered replacement or refund. -- 03/20/2025 visit: Waste of money. Missing parts. Terrible cable management. No attention to detail. No research. I wanted to support a local business and this is what I got. I brought in my video editing and gaming PC to be transferred over to a new case. That's it - And it was handed to me missing the main drive with all my important documents. Mentioned it multiple times to technician and nothing. Spent almost $300 to have do it all over again myself at home. And have to buy another SSD drive which adds another $100. No callbacks, no email replies. Just not a good place to take your laptop to work on. Took them a very long time to fix something that could have been swapped out with a SSD, but the own said he can fix it. A month later he figured it out at the last minute before I was going to take my laptop. read more

I tried to swap a power supply by myself. The process didn't go well. Ozark Computer talked to me very calmly over the phone and accepted my job just as fast as I could drive it to them. It was done and better than new by end of the day. I WAS SO HAPPY. read more

Fantastic computer service! I brought my laptop in, they luckily had the part to fix my screen and they advised it Would be fixed that day. (I expected a week to two weeks given my past experiences here .) I also asked them to check my hard drive to be sure my computer didn't completely die and to see of they could fix some diagnostic issues left behind from My bad experience at computer medic. They did, and when they called me he said that he would also fix an additional issue that the computer medic created not allowing me to get into my Microsoft office. Not only did they do what I asked, they did more and at a great price, nothing. Also No fee if they don't work on it also. Even better. Everyone else charges you to look at it. They even admitted they may not always be so great and have had their fair share of complaints and that kind of honesty goes far with me. Not everyone is perfect. They also call after a couple of weeks to be sure everything is fine with your repaired appliances. Wonderful! I definitely recommend taking your electronics here. Don't waste any more time or money anywhere else. read more

They finish very fast but they are not very good at saving files. I lost a lot of pictures because of carelessness. I won't go there again. I have used them a few times to fix our computers and laptops. They were successful most of the time, but even when they weren't I got the feeling they cared and they were trying their best. In one case, they weren't able to pair the hard drive, but they came up with an interesting work around so I could still use it -- they didn't charge anything because they felt bad they weren't able to repair properly. I would say they' are very knowledgeable and they try hard to please. read more

Originally I was told it would take 8 hours to go thru my computer by the owner. Took my laptop in on a Tues just before closing but didn't get it back until Thurs just before closing. I had to call to see if it was done since it takes me 45 minutes to get there and was told it was just finished. I know some places have to make office calls to customers but I think I'm just as important of a customer. I've used them before but not again. I called the next day after pick up to ask a question and was answered in a sarcastic manner indicating I was stupid. Senior citizen are NOT dumb, they just need answers! read more
