When my iPhone 6s fizzed in my ear and started rebooting itself again and again and again, I thought it was gone for good. I dropped by iMedic Phone Repair to see if they could help, and was quickly greeted and given their full attention. We both suspected it was a battery issue, and thankfully they had one in hand. A few hours later I get the call that the new battery was installed and it's charging perfectly. I got my phone back! So, so happy with the results. They were very professional until they realized they had broken my Face ID sensor. When I brought it up, I received a bunch dismissive responses, like that it would likely come back in a few days or that "maybe" the sensor might have broken. They admitted they don't inform customers about this risk because it's rare. Even worse, they claimed that if they ~could have~ fixed it, they would have done so before telling me. While one employee seemed empathetic, the person who appeared to be the owner was completely unprofessional and had zero empathy. Instead of taking accountability, they deflected by saying things like how sensors can easily break, and how it's easy to Google information like that, as if that somehow justified the situation. When I asked about a refund or partial refund, they refused and only offered store credit--why would I return to a business that won't take responsibility for their mistake? And worse I was offered a glass screen protector in reparations for my no longer working FaceID, it felt like a joke. My phone was fully functional when I brought it in, and it was returned to me with a major issue, with no solution offered. For a company specializing in technology, their lack of consideration for how important Face ID is was surprising. They acted like my concerns didn't matter, suggesting the phone was old anyway, as if that excused the issue. To make matters even better they even tried to mislead me, claiming I could get it fixed at Apple. Except I know Apple won't repair devices that have been opened by third parties, and when I brought this up, they didn't have a response, it's almost like I wasn't supposed to know that information. There was no warning about the risk of damage, no paperwork to sign, and no drop-off slip. Even if the chance of something going wrong is small, it's unacceptable to pretend it doesn't matter when it happens. My phone was part of that small percentage, and they acted as though it wasn't their responsibility to make it right. I'm not sure how these money hungry people have good reviews. read more

I was having issues with my phone's sound quality (due to water damage), and the kind people at iMedic Phone Repair fixed the issue within 45 minutes! I was expecting to not have access to my phone for a couple days, so the speed and convenience of their work was a really nice surprise. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well! The sales person omitted to tell me or show me the nicks on the phone. He made me believe I was purchasing a new phone. It was only until I went to Best Buy that I found out it had several cracks on the screen. He said he gave me a 90 day warranty but then said I could upgrade if I wanted to return the phone I bought an hour ago. He tried selling me a phone he did not have in store telling me to leave the phone and come back for the other one. When I declined he said he would give me another discount which he backtracked on. I brought my phone in had no clue what was wrong with it. It would just keep dying no matter what percent it was on. I brought it in to this establishment and mr.manny came and helped me out. He explained what was wrong and he said the battery was messed up. He said he could get it done in about 40 min but he got it done in 30. Mad respect for doing exactly what he said he was going to do without trying to upsell me somthing i didn't need. He was respectful and very good at explaining everything to me. He made my visit very enjoyable will definetly be going here for now on to have my phone fixed!!!! 10/10 would recommend read more

For a company that is as new as this id normally be nervous to take in my phone for a repair, but knowing both of the guys working in their have years of experience helped me make my choice. They not only have great customer service, but they also are honest when it comes to taking on certain repairs if they think it'll work or not.
