The course is based on watching videos and practice on dolls and knowledge check by the instructor. I did feel accomplished by the end of the class and confident that I can do it. The Rego Park location is in a semi basement setting of a private building which made my entrance experience and the first few minutes a bit uncomfortably (as a woman) I had to become comfortable at first since I was the only one taking that class that day in the afternoon. And now its Sunday where apparently they're closed and im left here still with no access to my material that i paid for. This is extremely frustrating since I've already had issues with them when I originally paid for the material and they delayed giving me my login credentials by two days. I'm severely frustrated and disappointed and at this point I wouldn't recommend. They had good reviews before I chose to work with them but that hasn't been my experience.
