When addressed this with the front desk, they were careless and unprofessional about the inequitable access. In addition, the center opens at 9am, if you arrive early, test takers wait in the stairs, and there was no sign directing test takers how to access the test center or provide contact information. The door has no sign on center hours, what to do if the elevator is not working, and directions how test takers should reach out to person in charge.

(To my understanding, she just doesn't wanna give me any seat because I am not paying enough) On the same day, my friend purchased the same class in full price automatically got an opening. This is unfair. Seems like this school is only accepting students who pays full price. What confused me alot is that they are listed as one of the location of REEDC available for discount on Living Social, GROUPON... Felt like being scammed. The Rego Park location is in a semi basement setting of a private building which made my entrance experience and the first few minutes a bit uncomfortably (as a woman) I had to become comfortable at first since I was the only one taking that class that day in the afternoon.
