I first spoke with Anthony Lamorgia and he immediately put me at ease . He was kind and compassionate to my anxiety and spoke with utmost respect to me. He quickly coordinated a restoration crew to come in ... and Anthony was kind enough to answer my many calls over the weekend during the morning, afternoon and evening! He is very professional and quick to respond! He assured me I could contact him at anytime if I had any questions or concerns! Anthony is AMAZINGLY pleasant to his approach ! He explained things to me step by step and made sure the steps were followed through!!! Dave and his crew showed up and evaluation began... Once the areas were accessed, they began to take care of business... I was super impressed by their teamwork and the amount of respect and patients Dave showed to his crew and his crew showed to him. They worked hard and diligent! They cleaned up everything when they were done.. The entire crew was very mindful and respectful to me and my home and my situation. Dave took the time to speak to me about the steps they were taking and to show me where the damage was and what was happening. I sat back and watched with amazement the smooth and calm coordination of their work. That in itself was priceless !!! Anybody that has an insurance claim make sure to use cpr restoration. I came home from work to find that my water heater had blown and there was a solid inch of water throughout my freshly finished basement (the man cave of my dreams). I called my plumber who came out and replaced the water heater, and recommended CPR restoration to do the clean-up. I called Troy and after speaking with him for 5 minutes he assured me that my insurance company would pay for all the damages And that there would be absolutely no out of pocket cost to me(I have to admit I was skeptical). Less then an hour later Steve (the regional manager) came out to my house personally at 8pm. He walked through my basement and explained the entire process of what would happen from that night, all the way through when the insurance company would come out to inspect the damages. We sat down and called State Farm together and submitted the claim. No sooner did we did get off the phone his crew showed up led by Alex. They stayed through the night and got all the water and wet carpet out. The only downside was the equipment they left behind was noisy but at the same time, I know it was necessary. I called Steve the following day and told him my adjuster would be coming out for the inspection at 2pm that day. He assured me not to worry, and that he would rearrange his schedule and be present for the inspection. Everything went well at the inspection and my insurance will be sending me a check to bring my basement back to the way it was, as well as replace my damaged content. I was extremely impressed with with professionalism, quick response, and empathy CPR had through every aspect of my claim. HI, my name is Leonid Dolitsky. I live in 8378 Langdon Philadelphia, PA 19152 . We experienced unfortunate incident with a broken pipe on a street ( Langdon St ) . Happened in the middle of the night . Total of 8 houses were very badly effected. Basements were completely flooded. CPR RESTORATION Arrived on a first call made by my wife , Gina Dolitsky, Upon arrival, Within minutes, water extraction process began and Drying equipment was fully operational..... No time was wasted. Excellent service , timely response, people are very well trained and absolute masters in services they are providing. After water was extracted , they cut off drywall that was effected by water and teared off all non-salvageable carpeting. Everything was accurately packed in their own bags and properly disposed of. Now it was all ready for a re-build process (unfortunately CPR don't provide those services ). Everything was done quickly, knowing that mold can be an issue if not done properly. With these guys - this is one less thing to worry about. All effected areas were sprayed with anti microbial agent to avoid cross contamination.... And on top of all - they deal directly with your insurance company , you don't have to worry about literally NOTHING!! I had a flood on 9/18/18. I've read these reviews on Yelp before choosing who I wanted to pick. Unfortunately a lot of these people who gave bad reviews on here were screwed over by adjusters and not this company particularly. Adjusters and Restoration companies are separate businesses, there for separate billing. What made me decide to go with this company is that they have been in business for over 20 yrs. Companies don't last that long unless they are doing something right. Also my career profession is a News Journalist and a pro- bono critic. I respectfully waited to write this review based on the companies actions as a whole. From contact with the office, to the Supervisor and crew they sent to my property, to billing, and follow ups. Cpr went beyond expectations on all the above. Don't get me wrong I was biting my nails through this whole process. I've never had an overwhelming flood and disaster like this before. So I am new to this also. Thank you Cpr for all your help. It was truly a pleasure having John initially view my property before working. I can't begin to tell you the wonderful experience I shared with Orlando Marquez and the company he represents.First of all he is a kind and extremely sensitive person who quickly sensed the importance of performing the MIRACLE which he did!! My dear friend Mildred who is in her nineties lost her home to a fire. But worse than that her cat Miss Dot was left behind in the smoke infested house to die.I prayed to God to help me. God told me to go to her house with some food to leave outside and a carrier just in case. No cat in site But I met Orlando and to l d him the story about Dot and could he find the cat for Mildred.I said he would be saving this woman from a broken heart.He said he loves animals and would try to find the cat.I hugged him and hoped for the best.Well,on the seventh day of the fire got a call from Orlando saying he found Dot!! AMAZING!! I was so scared when I came home from vacation to a disaster in my own home!! I thought someone broke in and destroyed my house. Come to find out my supply line to my toilet "on the 2nd floor" broke while I was away. I called my insurance company who first tried to tell me that it wasn't covered under a claim. Then they called Servpro. They threw my things around like they didn't even matter!! They didn't even put fans in the basement. Now where do you think all the water went? After doing my own research online, I chose CPR Restoration. Thank God I did! They were out to my property within 1 hr fixing and drying the mayhem that occurred! I would give this group 100 stars if it was possible!! These guys are professional, they are incredibly strong and hardworking and the nicest guys around. They arrive when they say they will, they don't stop working until the job is done, they are spotless and they truly care about customer satisfaction and you see it from day one. Austin and his team did such a fantastic job turning an awful situation after a pipe broke and my house flooded into a less stressful situation where I felt safe and I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Liam Hutchinson informed me that himself and the crew would work all night to get the job done and cleaned up! They were excellent from top to bottom. They were all so very professional and orderly. Don't listen to these negative reviews! CPR restoration is great! I had a basement fire and they were there within a half hour cleaning up and fixing the damage. They removed all the damaged non salvageable items and also removed the carpet and knocked out and cleaned up the smoke damaged walls. They also cleaned all the excess water from my basement and boarded up my house. They did An amazing job and I highly recommend them. CPR is a very professional company. Quite a few firemen including myself have used them in the past and have always been pleased with the great work they do. I don't trust these negative reviews because I only know CPR to be a great company! read more

Worst experience with a vendor in my life. Showed up to my property a few hours after a home fire and preyed on my family. After they failed to do a thorough and complete job they sued me for more money. Their services cost me more money in the long run. Know your rights and don't sign any contracts within the first 24 hours. They'll pressure you that it can't wait; but it can wait 24 hours and you'll have time to review contracts and understand what your signing. They prey on your emotions when you have a traumatic event. They didn't complete the work and stole from us. The worst. read more

They are scam artists with terrible attitudes and they don't have any empathy for the situation or circumstances.
