March 14 ordered a M6 Dual Cylinder Cart and paid full invoice March 18 I get an email that additional shipping charges of $21.01 were added due to 'location' I questioned why since I am in AZ and CPR-Savers have 10 dist warehouses March 19 email response was changed to 'dimensions' vs 'location' I paid the additional shipping charges It is now April 6 and no product sent so I CANCELLED the order I get email response ---Sorry for the delay, Expect product to be shipped to Warehouse some time this week. Oh No.....product isn't even in your 10 different warehouses CANCEL the order. In-stock items were ordered on June 1. After waiting one week for shipping confirmation, I contacted them via Chat only to be told the items were not in stock but on an 8-10 week backorder. I found an alternate product on their site and was told they had 8 of the item available. Waiting another week for something to arrive, I contacted CPR Savers again, only to be told that the person that told me there were 8 available was mistaken. These items were on a 2-4 week backorder. I decided to cancel the order and sent an email as a follow-up requesting to cancel the order and process a refund. After being told this would take 24-48 hours to get to accounting and 7-10 days for the refund to be issued. After 12 days, I contacted CPR Savers to get the refund status. Apparently, the accounting department never received the refund request. As an apology for my troubles, I was offered a 10-15% discount on my next order. The refund was issued within minutes of contacting them once again. Would I purchase from them in the future? Nope, not even with the varying % of a discount. read more

Very poor customer service. Took over three months for the item to even ship. They actually cancelled the order without our knowledge, still shipped the item and then harassed until they were paid "again." Calling in to even make the payment was a painfully long process. They couldn't find the order that had been placed. Once they eventually found the order (which took almost ten minutes) I was placed on hold multiple times while they researched on how to even take a payment. This was an unfortunate experience an I will not be using this company in the future. read more

Sadly I fell victim to their scam of selling merchandise they do not physically have, nor will have for months on end. I even went back and double checked to make sure it wasn't my fault and I didn't read the entire ad saying it was not in stock. Thank goodness I was smart enough to use my cc to purchase. I read the reviews after I had placed my orders and became skeptical about the company. I received an email from the company that my order was received. I responded to the email. Someone from the company responded promptly. It was a courteous response reassuring me that the order will be handled in a timely manner. Within 24 hours, I received another email and it was a confirmation email that my order was completed and shipped. This has been a great experience. I'm extremely satisfied. read more

I purchased some Mainstay survival bars from them and never received them. I contacted the company three times and they advised me the order could not be filled at this time due to the items being on back order. I advised them that the site showed the items in stock. This was not the case. The lady advised she would cancel my order and refund my money. She did not send me an e-mail which she promised to do. I have contacted paypal and started the procedure to get my money back. I will never do business with them again. Very shady practice of false advertising. read more

The quality of their products is unquestioned. I can't say that I'm totally happy with the service. I realize we are living in the COVID era and things are not running as smoothly as before, but if a delay is necessary I'd appreciate an email stating my options. I ordered masks and waited 16 days before I "spoke" with the online chat. Come to find out one of the masks I ordered was on back order and no one notified me to suggest that I could either choose another color or wait. I felt holding up my order waiting for a back order item was unnecessary. If I had been notified of my choices, I would have chosen another color immediately and received my order long before over 2 weeks had passed. Don't use this company read below!! Now, I'm not one to write a review about a company. But this one takes the cake. I made a order for some manikins to be shipped over night on 07/26/2018. I was promised they were going to be delivered on 07/27/2018. Now here I am 10pm in the night stressed out. I payed over $400 for just the delivery to get such a horrible service. Before anyone say did you call/email them. I did. If I call them I get sent to a voice mail which is useless and can't help me. I never received a tracking number or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered items from this company online on March 23, 2020. They immediately charged my credit card. As of May 31st they have neither delivered the products or bothered to respond to multiple emails and phone calls. They have not issued me a refund despite requesting to cancel the order. Dozens of Google reviews report similar issues. While I understand COVID challenges this company at best has incredibly bad customer service. I do not recommend this company for offering items for sale online and then failing to deliver or even respond to requests for information and updates. read more

Ridiculous, avoid this scam company. Hasn't delivered my order placed in June. Communication has to be forced from them, all other suppliers of same items delivered early last month, tone from Nicole on email was disgusting. Haven't received my items or a refund; told them to send out what they have and then if the other items don't have a projected delivery date, send a refund for those... no response. I called the customer service 800 number and they gal there assisted me with great ease. I received my order in 4 business days contrary to the 3-7 as stated on the website which was a huge plus as I had a class that weekend and couldn't splurge on expedited shipping. =) . Awful experience with this scam company. I order online from dozens of businesses daily. This is by far the worst experience I have encountered from a US-based business. I purchased online but the shipment was missing 80% of my order. I was never able to get a response from the manager, Stephanie Johnson, despite numerous attempts. The customer service rep said they would send the missing items after having me send photos of proof the shipment was wrong. The following day she acted like that never happened and claimed they don't even use tracking numbers (even though the original partial shipment that came had tracking provided). This place is a scam that will steal your money and ignore you! Now I'll have to dispute the charge on my card but want to warn others that may consider using this fraudulent company. read more

After almost 29 days when I contacted the company still they were waiting for their shipment. I ordered online from this company on August 16, 2016, and paid $9.95 for shipping as well. A week later I had still not received any information from them about shipping information, so I contacted them to inquire when I could expect the product I purchased (Basic Buddy CPR lungs). They told me the product was back ordered and they would issue a complete refund to me. It is now September 16, 2016, and I have still not received my refund. I have escalated this to a claim within PayPal and hope to put an end to this soon. It is a waste of my time and as a busy, working, single mom I don't have time for stuff like this. Any money you save buying from them is quickly eaten up, and then some, by extremely slow processing and poor product quality. I ordered 10 adult CPR manikins and 10 infant CPR manikins and 5 AED trainers. My order came in in two parts (AED trainers first, then manikins) several weeks apart despite all communication saying my order was shipped together with the first shipment. I had to call to find out that my other items were actually out of stock and were still at the supplier's warehouse and would be a week or more until it ships. The AED's all had batteries leaking and rusty when they arrived and I returned half of the manikins because they looked like they had been used in a preschool- most of the fingers had been chewed up. Returns ARE terrible and expect to be screwed if you need to do it. I followed all of the return instructions to the letter (including the requirement to have the return items tracked and insured to the tune of $85 from Seattle). They say it takes 2-3 days to process the refund AFTER they receive the items, so I call more than 10 days after I know they received it and, even though they see they have gotten the product back, they refuse to refund me the money for at least another 5 days- two weeks after they received the items. So of the $725 in returned product and $85 shipping, the two week interest-free loan, and a 20% restocking fee of $145, I was only refunded $545 of the $800+ I originally spent. If you can afford to lose 30% or more of the original purchase cost AND giving out interest-free loans you'd probably be better off doing micro-loans to 3rd world farmers or hell, just giving it to a homeless person. At least then you know your wasted time and money did some good in the world. read more

I asked to return the kits for a refund and they said that since I had opened them I couldn't return them. They eventually offered to send the missing items for free after I had sent several messages to their customer service department; at first they wanted me to pay for the items.
