Id give 10 stars if I could! I recently took my ACLS at this location with the instructor Mr Thomas Cappiello, one world Priceless! I am a fairly new RN and have had no prior EKG experience or education and Mr Cappiello was able to not only explain but enabled me to retain and really learn the material which I didn't think id be able to as when I was reviewing prior to the class I gave up. The pretest and book were very intimidating to me and I gave up, I still went to the class though sense I had already paid. He was very thorough, but broke it down to a simple level and walked us through each step. The interactive modules were amazing. I believe that anyone can succeed in his classes. I will definitely be taking all my other certifications and recertification's at this location, it was defiantly worth the travel from eastern long island. As I have used another company in the past and didn't really learn much. I can confidently say if in a emergency situation id feel confident in utilizing my new skills I obtained here at the Huntington NY CPR123 location! read more

Not going to lie I was EXTREMELY nervous to take this class. I had heard ACLS was very hard and I was nervous as a newbie that I wouldn't be able to keep up. That being said, whether you are a newbie (like me) or a seasoned pro I HIGHLY recommend taking your certification or re-certification at CPR123. I took mine in Huntington and had Thomas C. as my instructor and he was AMAZING. This is such a difficult and complex construct but he is so good at articulating it to his students and really making sure that they are understanding the material. He has got your back! I took my ACLS certification course here and I cannot say enough great things about this course, location, and instructor! My instructor really knows his stuff, is a seasoned pro through and through, and did a fantastic job of breaking down some of the information I was having a hard time with (heart blocks!). The class was great, my instructor was Thomas C. he came from a strong background in healthcare, full of experience. This was by far the best ACLS class I've ever taken. Tom made me feel like I was the only student in the class and catered his instruction around my learning needs. He was knowledgeable , experienced and well prepared. I would only caution future students at this location about the Chinese food across the street. I went to the BLS training today at the ( Suffolk County)Huntington location. Instructor Thomas Cappiello was great at teaching the content but also shared great real life experiences. I would recommend using CPR123 in Huntington for BLS but also ACLS and PALS as these course are also offered at this location. read more
