I heard about the company through a friend, they happened to be close by, so I decided to give them a call. Top Notch was very accommodating with finding a time that worked with my schedule, they were also willing to have an instructor come to my home. The facility was intimate and equipped with the latest gear. I was most impressed with the manikins, which were able to monitor both the depth and rate of chest compressions. My instructor was Michael. Upon arriving, he was extremely welcoming and friendly. The environment was relaxed, I felt very comfortable performing and correcting my skills. Michael was knowledgeable and helpful, providing positive reinforcement when I did well. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience here. The class was informative and affordable. I spoke to Larry over the phone to sort things out, and I was very pleased with the customer service he provided. Larry was extremely flexible with my needs for coursework and was able to find a spot for me in their classes. Tell them your plan for certification and Larry will definitely find a solution that works for you. The place had multiple classrooms and all the equipment necessary for my learning needs.
