I'm having the worst luck lately, but it takes a huge weight off my shoulders when I don't have to worry about finding a good repair and body shop that I trust because you KNOW I took it right back to skyline. first, I just drove over to have them take a look at it and they gave me an estimate based off just looking at it. It didn't look like much damage, but I knew it definitely was going to need a new bumper. They did find damage underneath it and with the sensors. It was fixed to perfection. It took a little bit longer to fix than I thought, but it was because MY INSURANCE was trying to get them to put used parts on my vehicle and skyline was like "nope" so, obviously worth the wait and I'm glad they care about things like that. eventually I started calling for updates and they were very quick to answer any questions I had about the status of my car. my car looks great, as expected. Staff and owner are very nice and communicate so well. I was so happy to get my "baby" back and I wouldn't go to or recommend any other body shop at this point. They're trusted. I also have not had ANY issues since getting it back after repairs from my first bad accident in January. Thanks so much Skyline you guys are great!
