The tire was a new tire, still had the blue around white wall. I will never do business here again and recommend buyers beware and make this shop your last resort.

My car was pulling towards the right so i went in for a front end diagnostic to see what was wrong…read moreand I was told I needed a front strut new tires and a front end Alignment for $1200 I agreed they kept the car for 2 full days on day 3 I was called and told the car was ready for pick up when I picked it up I noticed the car was then pulling to the left and felt like some parts were Loose under the car and also noticed some green gunk so I told them the problems they said to drop it off next week I did then I got a call the next day after I dropped it off that it was ready for pick up again I got in the car drove down the street and it felt as if it wasn't even touched I contacted them again and they suggested "you may have to get more parts" why would I need more parts if when I got a full diagnosis on the car you guys said I only needed a front strut, four new tires and an alignment? I felt as if I was definitely overcharged and would not recommend ANYONE to do business with this company!

He shouldn't be doing them if it upsets him that much. If he had shown any kindness at all, he would have had a customer for life. Instead he chose to be a jerk and make an awful time even worse.
