The guy that helped me yesterday tells him that the guy he sent away earlier is coming back at 3:00. Then he tells me it's best to make an appointment and I told him that he told me to come back today between 1230 and 1:30. He just turned and kept helping the guy he was already helping. The first guys says he is sorry, they can get me in tomorrow. What the F are you making appointments for if you just take walk-ins and disregard the appointments? They were a huge waste of my time. The tech, Casey, put my truck up on the rack and started the alignment process but soon realized I had some worn parts that would make the alignment pointless. Again the owner took me back to the truck explained everything to me. Took it off the rack and sent me on my way NO CHARGE. I replaced said worn parts and brought the truck back the next day. They got me right in AGAIN and brought my truck all into spec. This is how a business should run. Can't wait to bring my vehicles here again.

When I got my car back, it looked ok, but when I asked about spare nuts & bolts found at pickup they said, oh those were just extra. They were NOT EXTRA! They did NOT put my car back together right! Over the past two years I have been finding nuts, bolts, screws, fasteners & small fixtures that hold the details of my car together. I have a collection! The most noticeable & most used is the handle in my sliding passenger door on my van. I did not go back to complain because I didn't start noticing until well after the repair & I knew it would be some BS hassle I do not have time for. My car would've been more sound with the hail damage. Panels are loose & it creaks & squeaks because they just put it together like a puzzle without the fasteners!

I attempted to call him multiple times at least 3 hours before the appointment and on the day of the appointment. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism shown. If you're no longer available, please inform me of that as soon as possible. Don't wait until after the appointment to notify me that you will no longer be coming.

Regardless of how fast these people can change a tire, it'll may still take a bit for them to drive out to you. We were 20 minutes out of Waco and it took about 35-40 minutes for our person to show up. I'm not sure how many people actually work here since the person who took my call was also the person to come change our tire. I ended up having to ping him my location since I was having difficulty figuring out where exactly on the highway we were. He worked quickly, was knowledgeable about the situation, and was very friendly the entire time. When we were billed, he said he was an independent contractor so he negotiated the price with us. The total ended up being $75, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how quickly he worked and how much less expensive this was than calling a tow truck.

We contacted Tesla Roadside services and they were supposed to send help. After 3 hours of waiting, we canceled the request and resubmitted help. Finally someone called us back and they dispatched the towing company. It was late and Carlos from F&J Towing showed up within 20 minutes or so. He was a God sent. He towed out vehicle to Discount Tires in Temple. Carlos was so nice and compassionate. We are forever grateful and and highly recommend F&J Towing!
