We came here for lunch today (random Tuesday, so it wasn't busy at all) and had great service :) 89¢ wings were on, so we got those with mozza sticks and the spinach and goat cheese dip. Decided to stop here on our way to Toronto. We were seated promptly and our food came out quickly. The price was super reasonable. I got a 1/2 rack of ribs for $10. Very consistent establishment, if you want familiarity this is definitely the place to go. A very basic sports bar menu with some twists to original items. Well priced alcoholic drink specials and food specials. Service has been efficient and helpful every time I've been here. Can get very busy during sports games so it's best to make reservations ahead of time if you have a large party or want to get a view of the televisions. I liked this place... I visited during wing night; .39 for a wing. I got a really good salad and the wings were cooked surprisingly well. The hot sauce wasn't quite hot enough so I went for the suicide sauce; good choice. The sauce burned my face! Yeeehaaa, that what I am talking about. I have gone to Crabby's more than a few times in the last couple of years. I like going there as it's one of the cheapest places to eat and drink after 9:00pm. After 9:00pm they have half priced apps. They have recently revamped their menu which has turned out really well. This outing I ordered the beef dip and some beer. The bun was warm and fresh. The only thing they should change to the sandwich is add cheese and add caramelized onions because it's just bread and beef (I'm not complaining just recommending). This time the sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly, I hate getting soggy, limp sweet fries. When I go there the bartenders are really nice and friendly they always talk to everyone. My second time to this place and for the price I paid, it was great! Every night after 9pm, all appetizers are half price which is a great deal! I got the Crabby platter which is a meal in and of itself. It had mozza sticks, onion rings, chicken wings, quesadillas, and 4 dips. It looked and tasted really good. It's normally $25.99 but ended up being $13. Their soft drinks are $2.99 with free refills. Amazing deal for pretty good bar food. I also tried my friends appetizers - the flat bread with crispy onions/meat (?) and a spinach dip with pitas. They were delicious too. The sweet bbq sauce on the flat bread was soooo good and portion wise, shareable. The spinach dip was good but It was a little too rich for my tastes. There was a lot of cream cheese flavour in there. It could also used a few more pita chips. We weren't able to use all the dip. The waitress was great. She regularly checked on us and made sure our drinks were filled. Unlike a lot of waitresses I've dealt with, she was actually friendly and served us with a smile. I would recommend going to this place if you are looking for some late night food! read more

My girlfriend and I had a very bad experience here. I ordered a burger and she ordered a wrap. The order took about 40 mins to come out and during that time we were not checked on at all. I stood up 2 times to talk to the waitress to find out what was going on and both times was told that the order would be coming out soon and brushed off. We went between 8-9pm on a slow weekday and it was not busy. The bar was not packed and the dining area had about 4 tables seated. When the order finally came out they messed up my girlfriends order and then they took another 20 mins to come out with a new wrap. That was over a year ago. I have not gone back since. It was so bad that I still remember it to this day. I would not recommend this location because of the bad service and complete disregard as customers we were given. There was no compensation or apology for the lack of everything that happened. read more

Venue is good for watching games, the VIP customer service not so much. My wife signed up as a Crabby's VIP as I had done a few months ago. We took the free appetizer coupon and headed there for dinner tonight. We tried to order the Nashville Flatbread as our app knowing that we would pay the difference as we had done with the very same VIP coupon I used at this location a few months ago. Tonight the waitress told us we could not use it. We explained that her locations had accepted the coupon before even though the Nashville flatbread was not technically an app. They didn't even try to work with us. We literally dine at this place every week (spent $2000 in the last 12 months). That has now all changed. We paid for our drinks and left without having dinner there tonight. The lack of consistent customer experience cost this place $60 bucks worth of dinner tonight and we have no plans to ever visit this location again. I hope you are happy with your short sighted decision to cheap out a VIP customer. read more

Came in last night after a long horrible Drive in the sleet from Niagara ordered the quinoa encrusted chicken with mango salad was excellent nothing to feel guilty about and filling. An FYI 4 traveling through Blue Moon beer here in Canada is called Belgian Moon very good with a slice of orange .to top it all off waitress and staff extremely accommodating my phone was dying and they very kindly offered to charge it up at the bar will definitely come back on future trips - place like TGI Fridays only a hundred times better I would highly recommend prices good as well. read more

We went to Crabby Joe's for a quick dinner with some family we don't see to often. Service was fairly quick and the dinning room was fairly empty at 6:30. Our first problem came when my wife's Shrimp Penne came sans shrimp. We sent if back and most of us were halfway done when she finally got the right order. My Mediterranean burger was suppose to come with feta and a pesto sauce. The amount of cheese was pathetic and the sauce was nowhere to be found.
