Run! Run fast, run long, run hard! My experience is one of the most blatant displays of…read moreincompetence I have ever seen! Their assignment was to pull the motor, replace motor mounts and repair an oil leak. This was on an older 12v dodge which is about as simple as it gets and these guys can't seem to pull it off. They only performed half the work and Jeff is okay with it. He no longer mechanics much himself anymore but more importantly is hiring employees that are apparently not qualified to do much more than oil/filter changes! I was also told multiple time that they didn't care for working on much of anything unless it was a ford. I should've taken the hint the first few times I was told that! Here is a short list of the laziness (1. (Still can't believe this one!) NOTHING COVERING INTAKE AND TURBO! JUST WIDE OPEN!!!!!!!!! Did not re-install and tighten the bellhousing bolts (one tight), the starter (laying in the bed of the truck), fuel linkage, transfer case linkage, exhaust from turbo, bought new poly bushings for motor mounts, they didn't install them, just used the worn one AFTER BEING INFORMED OF PARTS MULTIPLE TIMES!! My standards aren't that high but when you can't make a call and say hey man, were here, you wanna replace this? You are NOT a decent mechanic! Period! Jeff and his crew will cost you more money in the end, just find a real mechanic shop with an owner that will stand behind his AND his hired-hands work without acting like he just woke up from a nap when you ask questions. This is supposedly a reputable company around here, but as you can see, halfassery can be found in some of the most unexpected places!
