My truck broke down just outside of Amarillo and a car dealer suggested I have it towed to 87…read moreAutomotive. Once there, the owner of the business said the engine would have to be replaced or rebuilt....he initially quoted me $7,500 to rebuild my engine.....after months of waiting I received a phone call that my truck was ready. I flew to Texas and got my truck. I found several items missing from my truck while at the shop amounting to over $400.00. The owner, Marcus assured me that his insurance would cover the costs of my missing items...that was April 2021....its now the end of July 2021....no money. I get my truck back to Las Vegas and its got an oil leak...I sent Marcus pictures of the oil that leaked out...and he said are we sure its coming from the engine...? Come on! No resolution from him. I travel frequently with my horses and started out on a trip to Wyoming in June....the truck broke down on me again! Stranding me and my horses several states away from home.....towed it to a Ford dealership and it was determined that my engine needed to be replaced! I paid 87 automotive 11,500 to rebuild my motor only 4k miles ago! Ford also said that the motor was not rebuilt only put a bandaid on it to get me home from Texas! And, for 11,500 I should of gotten a brand new engine! To say I was furious is an understatement! I called Marcus and he refused to refund my money or pay to have the truck towed to him to repair it! In addition he told me he only replaced 2 of the 8 fuel injectors....are you kidding me?!! For 11,500 I'm thinking I should have gotten all the injectors replaced! And now, Marcus will not communicate with me at all to resolve this issue! Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy and his business!

Knowing the urgency of us needing to get back on the road (being stranded with 2 young kids is no amount of fun!) he squeezed us in that same day! The cost of the repair was much more affordable than we had anticipated and the shop even found and fixed an additional problem! Brady and the mechanics at panhandle were an absolute answer to our prayers the only thing we would change is that they could be located near our home. I knew what I was in for as far as other people who waited until the last minute as well. The line outside the store before it opened only confirmed what I knew might be a long wait time. Staff were ready even opening the store a few minutes early. They greeted each of us with professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate the text notification giving me estimate estimated time of service completion. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished early. Just wanted to say thank you for great service in the midst of being slammed on a holiday weekend. You guys have earned the Monday closure!

Took almost 30 minutes just to get my keys. Although, the young woman in from of me and the young lady behind me had their vehicles brought to the front door for them, without even asking. Also, be careful walking in the parking lot. The employees moving the vehicles don't pay attention. Almost got hit by a truck one employee was driving when he was making a u-turn in the back parking lot. They need to slow down and pay attention the their surroundings.
