When we arrived (just a few minutes later), we were informed that due to Walmart policy they could not repair the tire but would install the spare instead. We decided to leave the vehicle, expecting the work to be done promptly since there were no other customers at the time. Unfortunately, when we returned 2 1/2 hours later, the vehicle had not even been touched. This was very disappointing and a waste of our time, especially after being told they could take care of it right away. We understand that policies and procedures may limit what can be done, but the lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. Clear, accurate information and timely service would have made a big difference.

My wife, her mother, sister, and aunt all met in Dallas for a one time road trip back to Phoenix,…read morewith planned stops in Texas to see Palo Duro Canyon, and then in Santa Fe. After visiting the canyon, they had reservations at a hotel in Canyon TX. Their 2016 Honda CR-V was acting up, and after parking at the hotel, they discovered that it was leaking fluid underneath. The next morning they had it towed to Crabtree Automotive Repair, where Gary took care of them to a level that went so far above and beyond that I get moved just thinking about it. He quickly discovered that the transfer case was leaking, and ordered one from Dallas to be delivered the next day. He was completely transparent about the cost, and that he wouldn't know if there were other problems with the transmission until he got the new transfer case installed. The next morning, he drove to the airport in Amarillo to pick up the part, and had it installed by 2pm. Unfortunately, after test driving, it became clear that the transmission was bad too. Hanging around in Canyon to wait for it to be fixed was not an option. Santa Fe was already a lost stop, and the travel party was feeling defeated. I was home in Phoenix, discussing the options with my wife. There was talk of everyone splitting up and going to their respective homes. They decided to complete the trip to Phoenix, but they would need to get to the airport in Amarillo to secure a rental car. Once again, Gary came to the rescue, and offered to drive them all, and their luggage, to the airport the next day. When I first learned about the car trouble, I told my wife that the best vacation stories almost always came from times when things didn't go as planned. People step up to help when we need them. Some of them go far beyond, and Gary is one of those people. He took care of my family when I couldn't, and he saved the day. That's a hero. Not to mention, he's also an expert mechanic who will fix your car at a more than fair price.

Then held my car hostage until cops made them give up the key. They even threatened the cop to take my car if I didn't move it at their pace. Very rude and asked for my "husband" and told me I "didnt know anything". I don't recommend this company at all. They are also working with an auto sales place too. Be careful!!!!
